Ուկրաինայի և Ռուսաստանի միջև առաջացած լուրջ ճգնաժամը, որում անուղղակի ներգրավված են մեծ թվով երկրներ, հնարավոր էսկալացիայի դեպքում Հարավային Կովկասում կարող է նոր պայթյունավտանգ իրավիճակ ստեղծել։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Շատ բան կախված է հնարավոր բախման մասշտաբներից, ճգնաժամային իրավիճակի ձգձգումից և դրանում երևացող կամ չերևացող ներգրաված կողմերից։
Այդ դեպքում Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ որևէ «մերձեցում», նախապայմանների կատարման պատրաստակամություն ՀՀ իշխանություններին չի փրկի։
Ռիսկերի, ճգնաժամերի կառավարման գործիքակազմ այս իշխանությունը չունի, դա է պատճառը, որ մեծ տարածաշրջանում ցանկացած պայթյունավտանգ իրավիճակ ՀՀ-ին նոր սպառնալիքների առաջ է կանգնեցնում»։
