Արմեն Սարգսյանի վերաբերյալ հրապարակումն ուղարկվել է ԱԱԾ

Դատախազությունը Արմեն Սարգսյանի՝ մինչև նախագահ դառնալը այլ երկրի քաղաքացի լինելու մասին «Հետքի» հրապարակումն ուղարկել է Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն:
Տեղեկությունը «Լուրերին» փոխանցել է գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ հրապարակումն ԱԱԾ է փոխանցվել՝ նկատի ունենալով, որ Սարգսյանի երկքաղաքացիության փաստը թաքցնելու դեպքի առթիվ դեռևս 2021 թ. ապրիլին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու հատկանիշներով: Հրապարակումը հենց այս գործի շրջանակում կդառնա ստուգման առարկա:
«Հետք» պարբերականը, հղում անելով Կոռուպցիայի և կազմակերպված հանցավորության լուսաբանման նախագծին, երեկ հետաքննություն էր հրապարակել, որի համաձայն՝ Արմեն Սարգսյանը Հայաստանի քաղաքացի լինելուց բացի, նաև այլ երկրի քաղաքացի էր առնվազն մինչև նախագահ դառնալը:
Ըստ կայքի՝ Սարգսյանը Կարիբյան ծովում գտնվող փոքր երկրի՝ Սենթ Քիթս և Նևիսի քաղաքացի է եղել:
«Հետքի» տեղեկության համաձայն՝ նախագահն ուներ Սենթ Քիթս և Նևիսի անձնագիր, ինչը հաստատվել է Սարգսյանի հետ նամակագրության ընթացքում: Սահմանադրության համաձայն՝ Հանրապետության նախագահին ներկայացվող պահանջներից է վերջին վեց տարում միայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի լինելն ու վերջին վեց տարում Հայաստանում մշտապես բնակվելը:
Ավելի վաղ Hetq.am-ը գրել էր, որ Արմեն Սարգսյանը ՀՀ նախագահ դառնալու ժամանակ Կարիբյան ծովում գտնվող փոքր երկրի՝ Սենթ Քիթս և Նևիսի քաղաքացի է եղել։
«Նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը հրաժարականի դիմումում մի քանի պատճառ է նշել, սակայն կարծում ենք, որ դրանք քիչ առնչություն ունեն իր հրաժարականի հետ։ Մեր կարծիքով, հրաժարականի պատճառը մեկն է՝ նա այլ երկրի քաղաքացի էր՝ առնվազն մինչև նախագահ դառնալը ։
Երբ Կոռուպցիայի և կազմակերպված հանցավորության լուսաբանման նախագիծը (OCCRP) նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանին այլ երկրի քաղաքացի լինելու մասին հարցում ուղարկեց, նա ապացույցներ ուզեց: Նշենք, որ այդ երկիրը Միացյալ Թագավորությունը չէ, որի քաղաքացի էր Արմեն Սարգսյանը և որի մասին նրա ընտրվելուց առաջ հայտնի դարձավ:
