Առցանց ասուլիսի ժամանակ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը անդրադառնալով հայաստանյան գնաճային ասաց․ «Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ Հայաստանում է գնաճը… 2019-ին ամբողջ աշխարհում պարենի թանկացում է տեղի ունեցել, Հայաստանում պարենի գնանկում է տեղի ունեցել, սա ինչի՞ շնորհիվ, որ մենք 2018-19-ին մենաշնորհների հարցը լուծել ենք: Այսօր այն գնաճային երևույթները, որ կան, գլոբալ գնաճային երևույթների արձանագրում է»։

Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք տնտեսագետ Թադևոս Ավետիսյանի հետ։

Անդրադառնալով ասուլիսին` տնտեսագետն ասաց․ «Ակնհայտ ձախողված խոստումները և երկրի խորացող սոցիալական խնդիրները փորձ է արվում մանիպուլյացնել պարզ բառախաղերով: Վարչապետը խոսում է 2021թ. միջին աշխատավարձի բարձրացման մասին, որը գնաճի պարագայում կանխատեսելի էր։ Անկախացումից ի վեր՝ մեր երկրում նվազագույն աշխատավարձերը, միջին աշխատավարձերը տարեցտարի այս կամ այն չափով աճ են գրանցել: Իսկ այստեղ համեմատության համար պետք է էական ու բնութագրական լինի, թե ինչ չափով է աճել միջին աշխատավարձը և ինչ չափով են աճել գները, հատկապես՝ առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների գները, որոնք ունեն սոցիալական շատ ավելի մեծ ազդեցություն: 2021թ., օրինակ, միջին գնաճն է եղել 7.2 տոկոս, դրանից ավելի ցածր աճել է միջին աշխատավարձը: Այսպիսի պարագայում ակնհայտ է, որ միջին աշխատավարձ ստացող քաղաքացին ավելի վատ է ապրել 2021թ., քան 2020 թ.-ին. սա չի ասվում, բայց սա է բնութագրական: Ծախսերի մեծ մասն ուղղվում է առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքներին, որոնց միջին գնաճը շուրջ երեք անգամ ավելի է միջին աշխատավարձից, նաև՝ չեն բարձրացել թոշակներն ու նպաստները, չի աճել նվազագույն աշխատավարձը: Ինչ վերաբերում է գնաճի արտաքին ազդեցւթյանը, ապա միանշանակ է, որ արտաքին ազդակներով պայմանավորված գնաճայինի ֆոն կա, բայց չի ասվում, որ շարունակում է բարձր մենաշնորհացված մնալ մեր երկրում ներմուծումը: Սա փաստ է: Իսկ մրցակցության պակասը ևս գնաճ առաջացնող գործոն է: Եվ երրորդ կարևոր հանգամանքը՝ տնտեսական ներուժը մեր երկրում փոքրացել է: Ըստ էության, այո, այն տնտեսական անկման երևույթները, որ 2020թ. աննախադեպ էին՝ 1999 թվականից սկսած, դրանից հետո 2021թ. դեռևս չվերականգնված տնտեսություն. տնտեսական ներուժի նվազումը, այսինքն՝ առաջարկի գործոն, առաջարկի կրճատումը, ևս գնաճի բերող գործոն է: Այսինքն՝ այստեղ շատ ակնհայտ է, որ միայն Զամբիայի, Չիլիի ու Կամերունի իշխանությունները չեն մեղավոր ՀՀ գնաճի համար: Գնաճը մի մասով նաև օրվա իշխանությունների անգործության հետևանք է»:
