Իշխող խմբակցությունը օրեր առաջ ԱԺ քննարկման ժամանակ մերժեց սահմանազատման ու սահմանագծման վերաբերյալ հարցի քննարկումը։

Այս թեմայով զրուցել ենք քաղաքագետ Արմեն Վարդանյանի հետ։

Անդրադառնալով ԱԺ քննարկումներին` քաղաքագետն ասաց․ ««Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներից մեկը բարձրացրեց տարածքային ամբողջականության խախտման հարցերը, որին վարչապետը խուսափեց պատասխանել։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրեն բնորոշ ոճով խուսափեց այդ հարցերին պատասխանելուց։ Ադրբեջանը կարծես մերժել է հայկական կողմի առաջարկը՝ զորքերի հետքաշման վերաբերյալ։ Եվ կարծում եմ, որ առաջիկայում այս հարցով ռուսական կողմից Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ճնշումներ կլինեն, որպեսզի արագ իրականացվեն սահմանազատման ու սահմանագծման աշխատանքները։ Եվ պատահական չէ, որ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան, օրերս էլ նաև Լավրովը նշեցին, որ իրենք հանդես են գալիս հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին անհապաղ սահմանազատում իրականացնելու հարցով։

Իմ համոզմամբ, Ռուսաստանը շահագրգռված է այս գործընթացով, որ Ադրբեջանին ԵԱՏՄ և ՀԱՊԿ բերի։ Բայց այստեղ կա մի նրբություն՝ չեն կարող այդ ռազմաքաղաքական և տնտեսական միության մեջ լինել երկրներ, որոնք միմյանց հետ չունեն դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ ու բաց սահմաններ։ Իսկ դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ ու բաց սահմաններ ունենալու համար Հայաստանի վրա ճնշումներ են գործադրվում, որպեսզի իրականացվի սահմանազատման ու սահմանագծման գործընթացը, դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ հաստատվեն Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, որից հետո արդեն Ադրբեջանի մուտքը ԵԱՏՄ և ՀԱՊԿ տեխնիկական հարց կլինի։»

Անդրադառնալով այսօրվա խորհրդարանի աշխատանքին` քաղաքագետն ասաց․ «Այս խորհրդարանը Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ ամենաանորակ ու վատ խորհրդարանն է իր կազմով։ Մարդիկ են ընտրված, ովքեր մեծամասամբ քաղաքական ու պետական մտածելակերպ չունեն։ Նրանք մարդիկ են, ովքեր միայն էժանագին PR-ով ու պոպուլիզմով են զբաղված։ Նրանց մեծ մասին հենց դրա համար էլ բերել են խորհրդարան։ Այսօր մեր տարածաշրջանում շատ լարված իրավիճակ է, որից ուղղակիորեն տուժելու է նաև Հայաստանը։ Մեր խորհրդարանին այս հարցերը պետք է մտահոգեին։ Այսօր Ռուսաստան-Ուկրաինա լարվածության ֆոնին, եթե Ռուսաստանը պատերազմ սկսի, ապա միանշանակ է, որ Արևմուտքը նոր պատժամիջոցներ է սահմանելու Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ։ Իսկ դրա հետևանքով մենք նույնպես տուժելու ենք, որովհետև Հայաստանի առևտրային հիմնական գործընկերը Ռուսաստանն է։ Եվ ՌԴ նկատմամբ տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներն ազդելու են նաև Հայաստանի վրա։ Նաև չի բացառվում, որ եթե ռուս-ուկրաինական սահմանին իրավիճակն ավելի լարվի, Ադրբեջանը կփորձի օգտվել այդ իրավիճակից և սահմանին լարումեր կառաջացնի, ինչին չգիտեմ, թե ինչքանով ենք պատրաստ։ Այսինքն՝ մեր առաջ ծառացած խնդիրներն այսօր բավական շատ են, իսկ խորհրդարանում զբաղված են էժանագին պոպուլիզմով և ոչ ավելի»։
