Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝
Սկսվում է համաշխարհային տիրապետության համար տարվող պայքարի վերջին փուլը, որի հանգուցալուծումը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, տեղի կունենա Ուկրաինայի շուրջ: Ռուսաստանն ամեն կերպ ձգտում է կասեցնել ՆԱՏՕ-ի ընդլայնումը դեպի հետխորհրդային տարածք: Արևմտյան ուժերն ամեն կերպ օգտագործում են այս պայքարը` Ռուսաստանին վերջնականապես «իր տեղը դնելու համար», փորձելով նրան դուրս մղել Եվրոպական տարածաշրջանից դեպի Ասիա:
Աշխարհաքաղաքական այս պայքարում, հատկապես կոշտ դիրքերից է հանդես գալիս AUKUS-ը (Ավստրալիա, Մեծ Բրիտանիա, ԱՄՆ եռակողմ ռազմական դաշինք, որը ստեղծվել է 2021թ. ընդդեմ Չինաստանի): AUKUS-ն այսօր ակտիվ գործում է հատկապես Եվրոպայում: Անգլոսաքսերը չեն ցանկանում կորցնել ազդեցությունը Եվրոպայի վրա և ձգտում են իրենց ազդեցության տակ պահել ամբողջական ՆԱՏՕ-ն ու հատկապես Բեռլինն ու Փարիզը:
Գերմանիան և Ֆրանսիան դեռևս պահպանում են դեպի հետխորհրդային տարածք ՆԱՏՕ-ի ընդլայնման դեմ 2008թ-ին դրված իրենց վետոն: Նրանք նաև զենք չեն մատակարարում Ուկրաինային, իսկ Մեծ Բրիտանինան ակնհայտորեն հրահրում է Ուկրաինային` պատերազմ սկսել Ռուսաստանի դեմ: Թեման շատ ակտիվ շրջանառում են նաև եվրոպական լիբերալ լրատվամիջոցները:
Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է առաջարկել Արևմուտքին, եվրոպական անվտանգային համակարգում հաշվի առնել ռուսական շահերը: Մայրցամաքային Եվրոպան կարծես թե դեմ չէ այդ առաջարկներին, սակայն ԱՄՆ-ն և Մեծ Բրիտանիան շարունակում են խոչընդոտել, և այդ հարցում նրանց աջակցում են նախկին վարշավյան պակտի անդամ արևելաեվրոպական երկրները: Հենց դրանում է կայանում ներկայիս ճգնաժամի ամենամեծ վտանգը և Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ուկրաինայի վրա հարձակման հավանականության շուրջ ձևավորված տեղեկատվական ողջ հիստերիան:
Այսօր AUKUS-ը ձգտում է նաև դուրս թողնել ՌԴ-ին համաշխահային SWIFT համակարգից` ինչը կթուլացնի Ռուսաստանի մրցակցային դիրքերն աշխարհում: Գերմանիան դա չի ցանկանում, քանի որ ՌԴ-ի հետ ունի լավ բիզնես հարաբերություններ: Բեռլինը դեմ է նաև «Հյուսիսային հոսք 2» -ի արգելքներին, ինչը ծանր հարված կհասցնի եվրոպական էներգետիկ շուկային: Ըստ Բեռլինի և Փարիզի` ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի հանգուցալուծումը պետք է տեղի ունենա դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով` վերականգնելով Նորմանդական գործընթացը: Եվ Աստված մի արասցե, որ AUKUS-ն ուղղակիորեն սկսի տորպեդահարել Ուկրաինայի հարցով նախկինում ձևավորված Մինսկյան համաձայնագրերը:
