Ստամբուլ մեկնողները կազատվեն 10.000 դրամ «օդի տուրքից
SOCIETYՀՀ քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեն Երևան-Ստամբուլ առաջիկա չվերթի ուղևորներին 36 ամսով (3 տարով) ազատել է 10.000 դրամ «օդի տուրքից»: Համապատասխան հրամանը ստորագրել է ՔԱԿ նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Միհրան Խաչատրյանը, քանի որ կոմիտեի ղեկավար Տաթևիկ Ռևազյանը գտնվում է դեկրետում:
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՔԱԿ-ի կայքից, կոմիտեն հունվարի 10-ին թույլատրել է թուրքական «Pegasus Airlines» ավիաընկերությանը իրականացնել Ստամբուլ-Երևան-Ստամբուլ թռիչքներ, որոնք լինելու են ոչ կանոնավոր (չարտերային, սեզոնային): Փետրվարի առաջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում կատարվելու է 2 չվերթ (ըստ «Pegasus»-ի չվացուցակի՝ փետրվարի 2-ին և 5-ին), իսկ փետրվարի 7-ից մինչև մարտի 27-ը՝ շաբաթական 3 չվերթ (երկուշաբթի, հինգշաբթի և շաբաթ օրերին):
Իր հերթին հայկական կողմից «FlyOne Armenia» ընկերությունը հայտարարել է, որ փետրվարի 2-ից սկսելու է շաբաթական 2 անգամ (երկուշաբթի և ուրբաթ օրերին) ոչ կանոնավոր թռիչքներ իրականացնել Երևան-Ստամբուլ-Երևան երթուղով:
Ապրիլից, երբ արդեն մեկնարկած կլինի ամառային աերոնավիգացիոն սեզոնը, հայկական օպերատորը շաբաթական 3 չվերթ կկատարի (երկուշաբթի, չորեքշաբթի և ուրբաթ օրերին): Ավիափոխադրողը ՀՀ ՔԱԿ-ից համապատասխան թույլտվությունն ստացել է դեկտեմբերին, իսկ թուրքական ավիացիոն իշխանություններից՝ հունվարին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2019 թ. դեկտեմբերին խորհրդարանը լրացում կատարեց «Պետական տուրքի մասին» օրենքում եւ 10.000 դրամ «օդի տուրքից» ազատեց այն ֆիզիկական անձանց, ովքեր 36 ամսվա ընթացքում կմեկնեն նոր բացված ուղղություններով:
Արտոնությունը
36 ամսով (24 ամսով երկարաձգելու հնարավորությամբ) տրվում է այն չվերթերի համար, որոնց մեկնարկից 12 ամիս առաջ տվյալ ուղղությունը չի սպասարկվել: Սպասարկման բացակայություն է համարվում այն պարագան, երբ տվյալ ուղղությամբ կատարված թռիչքների քանակը ամառային սեզոնին չի գերազանցել 14-ը, իսկ ձմեռայինի ժամանակ՝ 10-ը: Նկատենք, որ ամառային սեզոնն սկսվում է մարտի վերջին կիրակի օրը եւ շարունակվում մինչեւ հոկտեմբերի վերջին շաբաթ օրը ներառյալ: Իսկ հոկտեմբերի վերջին կիրակիից մինչեւ մարտի վերջին շաբաթ օրը ձմեռային սեզոնն է:
Արտոնություն ստացած ուղղություններն սպասարկող ավիաընկերությունները պետք է թռիչքներ կատարեն առնվազն մեկ տարի, այսինքն՝ թե՛ ամառային, թե՛ ձմեռային աերոնավիգացիոն սեզոնին: Կառավարությունն էլ իր հերթին սահմանել է, որ թռիչքների հաճախականությունը պետք է լինի շաբաթական առնվազն 1 անգամ կամ նվազագույնը 28 չվերթ ամառային սեզոնին եւ 20 չվերթ ձմեռայինի ժամանակ (բացառություն են անհաղթահարելի ուժի՝ ֆորս մաժորի հետեւանքով չիրականացված չվերթերը):
