Առանց զորքերի հայելային հետքաշման մասին ՀՀ առաջարկի իրականացման սահմանազատումն և սահմանագծումն անհնարին կլինի․ Էդուարդ Աղաջանյան
POLITICSՀայաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին փոխանցված առաջարկը ամենևին նախապայման չէ և առանց դրա իրականացման ուղղակի հնարավոր չի լինի մեկնարկել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման գործընթաց: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին` եթե Հայաստանի առաջարկը Ադրբեջանին չի ընդունվում, որն է լինելու հաջորդ քայլը:
«Նախ ուզում եմ արձանագրել, որ իրապես այն առաջարկությունները, որոնք Հայաստանի կողմից ներկայացվել են մեր գործընկերներին, դրանք ամենևին նախապայմաններ չեն: Մենք բազմիցս նշել ենք, որ որպեսզի սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման գործընթացը գործնականում հնարավոր լինի իրագործել դրա համար, նախքան գործընթացը սկսելը, անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել նվազագույն անվտանգային պայմանները, որպեսզի գործընթացը մեկնարկի, այդ թվում` որպեսզի նաև համապատասխան հանձնաժողովը ձևավորվի: Ըստ էության, Հայաստանի առաջարկությունը հենց ուղղված են և միտված էր այդ նշված երաշխիքների ապահովմանը: Ըստ այդմ, մեր դիրքորոշումը շատ հստակ է և, կարծում եմ, գործնականում մենք վստահաբար կհամոզվենք դրանում, որ ուղղակի հնարավոր չի լինի սկսել նմանատիպ գործընթաց, որովհետև առանց դրա ռիսկերը շատ բարձր են, որ իրավիճակը կարող է էլ ավելի վատթարանալ»,- ասաց Աղաջանյանը:
ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ընդգծեց` զորքերի հայելային հետքաշումը նվազագույն պայմանն է, որպեսզի ֆիզիկապես հնարավոր լինի մեկնարկել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման գործընթացը:
«Սա է եղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դիրքորոշումը: Մեր ընկալումը այն է, որ ռուս գործընկերները կիսում են մեր դիրքորոշումը և, կարծում ենք, որ բանակցությունները պետք է շարունակվեն: Որևէ պարագայում այս առաջարկությունից Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը չի հրաժարվում: Կարծում ենք` առաջին քայլ որպես նախադրյալ նմանատիպ գործընթաց սկսելու, հայելային հետքաշումը լավագույն տարբերակն է»,- եզրափակեց Աղաջանյանը:
