Թաթոյանն ու Ադրբեջանի հարցերով մշտական զեկուցողը Բրյուսելում քննարկում են անցկացրել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը ներկայացրել է Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի Ադրբեջանի հարցերով մշտական զեկուցող Ժելյանա Զովկոյի և Հայաստանի հարցերով մշտական զեկուցող Անդրեյ Կովաչևի հետ Բրյուսելում անցկացրած քննարկումների մանրամասները։
ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ի հայտարարությունում նշված է․
«Այսօր Բրյուսելում քննարկում եմ ունեցել Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի Ադրբեջանի հարցերով մշտական զեկուցող Ժելյանա Զովկոյի հետ, իսկ երեկ` Հայաստանի հարցերով մշտական զեկուցող Անդրեյ Կովաչևի հետ, հայտնում է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը։
Պաշտպանի հայտարարությունում նշված է նաև․
Զեկուցողներին եմ ներկայացրել փաստերն ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների կողմից Սյունիքում, Գեղարքունիքում, Երասխում Հայաստանի բնակիչների իրավունքների խախտումների (գողություններ, կրակոցներ, արոտավայրերի հրդեհում, տեսախցիկներով քաղաքացիական տների դիտարկում և այլն) մասին:
Գորիս-Կապան և Կապան-Ճակատեն ճանապարհներն առանց որևէ իրավական հիմքի փակելու հետևանքով շրջակա գյուղերի բնակիչները կանգնել են մեկուսացման և հումանիտար խնդիրների առաջ:
Ավելին, ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները նշանառության ներքո են պահում, այսպես կոչված, այլընտրանքային ճանապարհները, քաղաքացիական բնակիչներին, նրանց տները:
Խախտումների վերացման իրական լուծումը ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների հեռացումն է մեր գյուղերի մոտից ու ճանապարհներից` խաղաղ բնակչության իրավունքների երաշխավորման նպատակով: Սրա հիմքում էլ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հայատյացության ու թշնամանքի քաղաքականությունն է, որը որևէ կերպ չի նվազել:
Ընդ որում, ասածս վերաբերում է նրանց բոլոր տեղակայումներին ու ոչ միայն մայիսյան ներխուժումներին:
Սա չի նշանակում, թե այդ կերպ միանգամից որոշում ենք՝ ի՞նչ կամ ու՞մ տարածքն է: Դա կորոշվի հետագայում՝ առնվազն զուգահեռ սկսված դելիմիտացիայի ու դեմարկացիայի արդյունքում, բայց պետք է ամեն ինչ անել մարդկանց նորմալ կյանքը, անվտանգությունը վերականգնելու համար:
Մանրամասն ներկայացրել եմ Արցախում խաղաղ բնակիչների իրավունքների խախտումները (գրեթե ամենօրյա դարձած կրակոցները, գողությունները և այլն) Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի զեկույցների հիման վրա:
Փոխանցել եմ նաև հայ գերիների խոշտանգումների (այդ թվում` նոր ձևերը) վերաբերյալ զեկույցները՝ նշելով նրանց վերադարձի հրատապությունը և ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների անօրինական արարքները (արհեստական դատավարություններ, մարդկանց պահելը քաղաքական ու ռազմական առևտրի նպատակով և այլն)»:
