ԱԺ նախագահը անգլերենով ելույթ է ունեցել ԵԽԽՎ նստաշրջանում

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը ելույթ է ունեցել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի 2022 թվականի ձմեռային նստաշրջանում: Հունվարի 24-ին մեկնարկած նստաշրջանի աշխատանքներն անցկացվել են անմիջական մասնակցության եւ առցանց ձեւաչափով՝ ներառելով ելույթներ, քննարկումներ եւ բանավեճեր:
 
Նստաշրջանի բացմանը Վեհաժողովի նախագահ է ընտրվել Թինի Կոքսը:
 
ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը, սկսելով «Ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների գործունեությունը Հայաստանում» առցանց ելույթը, շնորհավորել է Վեհաժողովի նորընտիր նախագահին:
 
ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը կարեւորել է խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի եւ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կողմից Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարական զարգացումների առաջընթացի դրական գնահատականը: Նա շեշտել է, որ Հայաստանն առաջնահերթ է համարում ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների, օրենքի գերակայության զարգացումը, մարդու իրավունքների առաջխաղացումը եւ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը:
Ալեն Սիմոնյանն ընգծել է, որ վերջին երեք տարիներին երկու անգամ Հայաստանը վերահաստատվել է ժողովրդավարական արժեքների հանդեպ իր հանձնառությունը՝ 2018 թվականին ոչ բռնի, թավշյա հեղափոխության միջոցով եւ 2021 թվականին ավերիչ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո: Նա ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն փաստին, որ Հայաստանն անցել է ժողովրդավարության եւ օրենքի գերակայության վճռորոշ փորձության միջով՝ հաջողությամբ իրականացնելով 2021 թվականի հունիսի 20-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները:
 
ԱԺ նախագահը Վեհաժողովի բարձր ամբիոնից խոսել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ սանձազերծված 44-օրյա պատերազմի ծանրագույն հետեւանքների մասին: Նրա խոսքով՝ ամենամեծ մարտահրավերը մնում է մեր երկրի անվտանգությունը: Ալեն Սիմոնյանը շեշտել է, որ հայ ժողովուրդը եւ մեր ժողովրդավարական նվաճումները մշտական սպառնալիքի տակ են եղել սկսած 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերից: Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարն ասել է, որ միայն խաղաղությունը կարող է ապահովել երկարաժամկետ անվտանգություն եւ կայունություն, որի վերջնական իրագործումը կախված է նաեւ տարածաշրջանի այլ երկրներից, եվրոպական հաստատությունների տրամադրած աջակցությունից: Այս համատեքստում ԱԺ նախագահն ընդգծել է ԵԱՀԿ-ն եւ Եվրոպայի խորհուրդը՝ հաստատելով, որ պետք է հասնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության արդար եւ երկարաժամկետ հանգուցալուծման, այդ թվում՝ հայ ռազմագերիների եւ այլ պատանդների ապահով վերադարձն իրականացնելով:
Ալեն Սիմոնյանը եվրոպացի գործընկերներին տեղեկացրել է, որ շարունակում են իրականացվել բարեփոխումներ՝ ուղղված ընտրական գործընթացի ամրապնդմանը:
 
Մեկնարկել է քննարկումների նոր փուլ՝ նորաստեղծ Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների խորհրդի շրջանակում:
 
Ելույթում ծավալուն անդրադարձ է եղել նաեւ դատական իշխանությունների բարեփոխմանը եւ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի քաղաքականությանը:
 
Հունվարի 27-ի նիստի օրակարգում են եղել «Անվտանգության վերջին մարտահրավերները Եվրոպայում. որն է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի դերը» խորագրով մի շարք քննարկումներ: Առցանց տիրույթում գործընկերներն անդրադարձել են ճգնաժամի ընթացքում զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների դերին, մարդու իրավունքներին, ժողովրդավարությանը եւ համավարակին առնչվող օրակարգային հարցերի:
