Քննիչները պարզում են Շենգավիթում ավազակային հարձակում և սպանություն կատարելու մեջ կասկածվողի ինքնությունը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ «Գուդվին-Բետ» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող գրասենյակում ավազակությամբ ուրիշի գույք հափշտակելու և նույն  գրասենյակի աշխատակից Արթուր Նազարյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ։ 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 24-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «Գուդվին-Բետ» ՍՊԸ-ին պտկանող գրասենյակում հայտնաբերվել է աշխատակցի դին։ Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել է նշված գրասենյակի աշխատակից Ա.Նազարյանի դին՝ կտրած-ծակած բազմաթիվ վնասվածքներով։ Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, օպերատիվ ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 23-ի լույս 24-ի գիշերը՝ մինչև ժամը 11-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, տեղի է ունեցել ավազակային հարձակում՝ գումար հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ։ Առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը որպես զենք օգտագործվող սուր կտրող ծակող գործիքով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել գրասենյակում աշխատող Արթուր Նազարյանի որովայնի, պարանոցի և կրծքավանդակի հատվածներին՝ սպանելով նրան ու հափշտակել գումար:

Դեպքի առթիվ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով և 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով։

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Քրեական գործով արդեն իսկ պարզվել են մի շարք այլ հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ տվյալներ ձեռք բերվել  առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնության վերաբերյալ, սակայն քննության շահերից ելնելով այլ մանրամասներ քննության այս փուլում հրապարակման ենթակա չեն։

 

Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարությանօրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
