Ողբերգական ավտովթար Հայաստանում․ կա զոհ․ 3 վիրավորներից 2-ի վիճակը ծայրահեղ ծանր է
SOCIETYԱյսօր՝ հունվարի 28-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 11:20-ի սահմաններում Mitsubishi Pajero մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 49-րդ կմ հատվածում՝ դեպի Երևան ընթանալիս, դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց, հայտնվել ձնակույտի մեջ ու բախվել ծառին:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 1 հոգի տեղում մահացել է, 3 հոգի, որոնցից 2-ը՝ ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ, տեղափոխվել են «Հրազդան» բժշկական կենտրոն: Վիրավորներին ավտոմեքենայից մեծ դժվարությամբ դուրս են բերել օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Հրազդանի թիվ 44 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի փրկարարները՝ խմբի պետ Անդրանիկ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողնեը՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արսեն Մարդոյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Հայկ Դավթյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Արթուր Պետրոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Սարգիս Բագրատյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության պետ Արթուր Զոհրաբյանը: ժամանել է նաև ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Ռուբեն Ներսիսյանի և քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի պետ Գարիկ Խանդիլյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 177 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Երվանդ Ալեքսանյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Վարդան Դավթյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Փաստի առթիվ Վ. Դավթյանի որոշմամբ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական վարչությունը պարզում են վարորդի, մահացածի և վիրավորների ինքնությունը:
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ օպերատիվ են գործել նաև Հրազդանի հիվանդանոցի բժիշկները և շտապօգնության բրիգադը, ովքեր վիրավորներին մինչև հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելը տեղում առաջին բուժօգնությունն են ցուցաբերել:
