Պատրաստման եղանակը՝
Չորուկը, մաղադանոսը, սև պղպեղը, աղը, սխտորն ու սոխը խառնել՝ ստանալով զանգված
Ավելացնել ձու և աղացած միս: Զանգվածը խառնել ձեռքերով:
