- 150գ. հոլանդական պանիր
Պատրաստման եղանակը՝
Չորուկը, մաղադանոսը, սև պղպեղը, աղը, սխտորն ու սոխը խառնել՝ ստանալով զանգված
Ավելացնել ձու և աղացած միս: Զանգվածը խառնել ձեռքերով:
Առանձնացնել կտորներ, որոնք կլորեցնելուց հետո ներսում դնել խորանարդաձև կտրված պանիրը: Այնուհետև ստացեք փոքրիկ գնդիկներ:
