Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Հայկական բանակի օրվա և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի կազմավորման 30-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ:
Մեր բանակը ձևավորվել է մեր նորանկախ երկրի համար կարևորագույն ու շատ բարդ փուլում, ձևավորվել է կռվի դաշտում՝ դառնալով մեր հաղթանակի ու միասնության խորհրդանիշը: 30 տարի մենք հպարտացել ենք մեր բանակով: Բանակի շնորհիվ մեզ տարածաշրջանում ամուր ու անվտանգ ենք զգացել:
Ցավոք, վերջին չորս տարիների ընթացքում ամեն ինչ արվեց բանակը թուլացնելու, հերոսներին արժեզրկելու, երկրի ամենակայուն ու կուռ ինստիտուտներից մեկը քայքայելու համար: Այսօր էլ այս գործընթացը շարունակվում է:
Մեզ տարան պարտության և այսօր փորձում են համոզել, որ պետք է աշխարհի հետ հարաբերվենք թույլի, պարտվածի, զիջողի դիրքերից: Բայց դա պետական, ազգային շահերի ոտնահարումից ու դրժումից զատ նաև ուրացում է այն սխրանքների, որ մեր զինվորները գործեցին պատերազմի օրերին:
Մեծ ցավով պետք է արձանագրենք, որ պատերազմից մեկ տարուց ավելին է անցել, բայց մեր տղաներից ոմանք դեռ գերության մեջ են: Իսկ վերադարձածներին էլ սկզբից հերոսացնում էին, հիմա հետապնդում՝ փորձելով սեփական մեղքն ուրիշների վրա գցել:
Բայց մենք հիշում ենք ու հիշելու ենք յուրաքանչյուրի սխրանքը, խոնարհվում ու խոնարհվելու ենք մեր զոհերի հիշատակի առաջ, առողջություն ու համբերություն ենք մաղթում վիրավորներին:Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,Հայկական բանակը եղել ու մնում է մեր անվտանգության հիմնական երաշխավորը: Գալու է օրը, երբ մեր ժողովուրդն ազատվելու է պատուհաս դարձած այս իշխանությունից և կրկին ոտքի է կանգնելու: Բանակը բարեփոխվելու է, հայ զինվորի պատիվը բարձր է լինելու, իսկ սպա լինելը՝ հպարտություն:Տարիներ շարունակ հունվարի 28-ը մեծ տոն է եղել ու մեր պարտքն է անել ամեն ինչ այդ տոնը մեր ժողովրդին, մեր երկրին վերադարձնելու համար:
