2020թ․ երկրում աճել է աղքատության մակարդակը՝ թեև գրանցված աշխատողների թվի «աննախադեպ» աճ է եղել երկրում:

Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք տնտեսագետ Թադևոս Ավետիսյանի հետ։

Անդրադառնալով այս թեմային` տնտեսագետն ասաց․ «Աղքատության միջին մակարդակը 2020թ. դարձել է արդեն 27 տոկոս, իսկ չափավոր աղքատության մակարդակը մոտեցել է 50 տոկոսի: Օրվա իշխանավորը պիտի խոսի սրա մասին, որ մեր երկրում, նաև իրենց ապաշնորհության հետևանքով՝ ամեն երկրորդ քաղաքացին չափավոր աղքատ է, ամեն երկրորդ քաղաքացին ավելի քիչ հավաքական եկամուտներ ունի, քան նվազագույն սպառողական զամբյուղն է։ Իսկ 2021թ. աննախադեպ գնաճի ֆոնին այդ ցուցանիշները շատ ավելի անկումային կլինեն»:

Անդրադառնալով աշխատանքի խթանման մասին հայտարարություններին` տնտեսագետն ասաց․ «Գործազուրկին աշխատող դարձնելու թիվ 1 պետական աջակցության գործիքը զբաղվածության պետական ծրագրերն են, որոնք տարիներ շարունակ էապես թերակատարվել են, 2022թ. պետական բյուջեով՝ կրճատվել: Սահմանադրության առաջին հոդվածով ՀՀ-ն սոցիալական պետություն է։ Ունի՞ պետությունն անելիք. իհարկե: Բայց այս ֆոնին, երբ էլեկտրաէներգիայի և ջրի սակագները բարձրացել են, բարձրանալու է գազի սակագինը, ընդհանուր գնաճային միտումներն առավել սաստկանում են, 2022 թ. պետբյուջեում հիմնական կենսաթոշակների չափը չի ավելացել, ու 580.000 կենսաթոշակառուներից ընդամենը 15 տոկոսի՝ նվազագույն կենսաթոշակ ստացողների թոշակն են բարձրացրել 5 տոկոսով՝ 2000 դրամով: Սա համարժե՞ք է այսօրվա իրավիճակին, իհա՛րկե ոչ: 2022թ. չեն բարձրացնում նվազագույն աշխատավարձ, 100.000–ին մոտ անապահով ընտանիքների սոցիալական նպաստի չափը. հարցնում ես՝ ինչո՞ւ, ո՞նց, ասում են՝ դե գիտեք, մեր մոտեցումը, որ տնտեսությունը զարգանա, մարդը աշխատանք ունենա՝ աշխատի-լավ ապրի: Եղբա՛յր, դուք չեք կարողանում տնտեսություն զարգացնել, դուք կարողանում եք քանդել տնտեսություն, տնտեսական հիմքեր»:
