ՀԷՑ հայտարարությունը՝ փետրվարի 1-ից սպասվող փոփոխության վերաբերյալ
SOCIETY«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը տեղեկացնում է փետրվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտնող նոր փոփոխությունների մասին.
«Հարգելի´ սպառողներ,
2022 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ է մտնում ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի կողմից հաստատված՝ սպառման համակարգն էլեկտրական ցանցին միացման, էլեկտրական էներգիայի բաշխման և երաշխավորված մատակարարման պայմանագրի նոր օրինակելի ձևը:
Եթե սպառողը մինչև 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ը, իսկ 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ի դրությամբ էլեկտրական ցանցին միացման գործընթացում գտնվող սպառողը՝ մինչև էլեկտրական էներգիայի մատակարարումը սկսելը՝ դիմում չի ներկայացնում «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությանը՝ իր հետ կնքված էլեկտրական էներգիայի մատակարարման պայմանագրի լուծման վերաբերյալ, և նույն ամսաթվից շարունակում է էլեկտրական էներգիայի փաստացի սպառումը, ապա այդ պայմանագիրը, համաձայն՝ ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի կողմից 2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ի թիվ 517 որոշման 48-րդ կետի, համարվում է փոփոխված՝ պայմանագրի նոր օրինակելի ձևին համաապատասխան:
ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի կողմից 2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ի թիվ 519 որոշմամբ հաստատված պայմանագրի նոր օրինակելի ձևին կարող եք ծանոթանալ https://www.psrc.am , https://www.ena.am, https://www.azdarar.am կայքերում, փոստային բաժանմունքներում, «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության սպասարկման գրասենյակներում կամ զանգահարելով՝ 180 կամ 080000180 շուրջօրյա գործող հեռախոսահամարով»:
