Ռուսաստանն Ուկրաինայի հետ հզոր կայսրություն է, իսկ առանց Ուկրաինայի՝ շատ մեծ պետություն:
Ռուսները գիտակցում են սա և որոշում ունեն լինել մեծ կայրություն և համաշխարհային քաղաքականության ինքնուրույն բևեռ, պայքարում են դրա համար, պատրաստ են զրկանքների ու զոհողությունների՝ հանուն այդ վեհ գաղափարի:
