Սահմանը կրկին կահավորված չէ. ինչ խնդիրներ են հայտնաբերվել. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. 44-օրյա պատերազմի ավարտից մեկ տարի եւ երկու ամիս անց սահմանների կահավորման հարցը մնում է առաջնային, սակայն ոչ պատշաճ կատարված խնդիր: Համենայնդեպս, տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ (պատգամավորներ, Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան) առաջնագիծ մեկնելուց հետո չեն թաքցնում իրենց դժգոհությունը՝ իհարկե անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով շատ մանրամասներ չհայտնելով:
Հայոց բանակի կազմավորման 30-ամյակի առթիվ առաջնագիծ մեկնած ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում նշեց. «Այն համակարգը, ինչ ունեցել ենք մինչեւ քառասունչորսօրյա պատերազմը, ներկայումս չի կարող արդյունավետորեն ապահովել սահմանի անվտանգությունը»: «Աշխատանքների բավականին մեծ ճակատ կա, որ պետք է իրականացնել։ Դա վերաբերում է անհրաժեշտ ենթակառուցվածքներին, վերջացրած տեխնիկական ապահովման հարցերին, որի դետալացումը նպատակահարմար չեմ համարում հանրայնացնել: Առկա իրողությունների պարագայում մարտական հերթապահության ավանդական մոդելն արդեն կորցրել է իր էֆեկտիվությունը: Պետք է առաջ մղել սահմանային անվտանգության նոր կոնցեպցիա, ինչը ենթադրում է տեխնոլոգիական նոր մոդելներ եւ տեխնոլոգիական հագեցվածություն», – նկատեց նա:
Իսկ, ահա, Գեղամ Մանուկյանը թեեւ մանրամասներ չհայտնեց, սակայն նշեց, որ առկա դժգոհությունների մասին տեղեկությունները կփոխանցեն համապատասխան ատյաններին՝ դրան զուգահեռ ընդգծելով, որ երկար ժամանակ փորձել են աաջնագիծ գնալ, սակայն միշտ մերժում են ստացել ՊՆ-ից:
Նկատենք՝ պատերազմի ավարտից հետո, երբ նոր բնագծեր են ավելացել, սահմանային կահավորման հարցը պետք է այս իշխանությունների համար առաջնային լիներ, սակայն, կարծես թե, իշխանությունների համար այլ հարցեր են կարեւոր՝ հարսանիք, կնունք, ծնունդ, պաշտոնների փոխատեղում: Հիշեցնենք՝ դեռ 2021 թվականի մայիսի 3-ին՝ խորհրդարանում վարչապետի ընտրության առաջին փորձի ժամանակ, անկախ պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը սահմանների անվտանգության մասին հարց ուղղեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, սակայն սփոփող պատասխանի փոխարեն Փաշինյանն ինքնավստահ հայտարարություններ արեց, թե կահավորվում է առաջնագիծը, պարզապես մենք չենք տեսնում, եւ լավ է, որ չենք տեսնում:
Այդ հարցուպատասխանից 8 ամիս անց Թագուհի Թովմասյանի բարձրացրած հարցը շարունակում է արդիական մնալ։ Նախօրեին էլ առաջնագիծ մեկնած ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներն են արձանագրել, որ կահավորանքը շարունակում է խնդրահարույց մնալ:
