Ակբա բանկի բաժնետոմսերը ցուցակվել են Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում։

Այսօրվանից ռեզիդենտ և ոչ ռեզիդենտ ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձինք հնարավորություն ունեն գնելու Ակբա բանկի ցուցակված բաժնետոմսերը:

«Այսօր պատմական օր է թե՛ բանկի, և թե՛ բանկի բաժնետերերի համար: Մենք անցյալ տարի հաջողությամբ ավարտեցինք բաժնետոմսերի առաջնային տեղաբաշխումը, իսկ վերջին փուլը բորսայում գնանշումն էր, որի գործընթացն այսօր ազդարարեցինք: Բաժնետոմսեր ձեռք բերելու հնարավորություն ընձեռելով՝ մենք հարթակ ենք ստեղծում Հայաստանի տնտեսությունում ներդրումներ կատարելու համար: Շուտով մենք նաև մեր թվային լուծումներով կհեշտացնենք բանկի բաժնետոմսեր գնելու պրոցեսը պոտենցիալ բոլոր գնորդների համար, իսկ այն բաժնետերերը, ովքեր կցանկանան վաճառել իրենց բաժնետոմսերը,  նույն ճանապարհով կկարողանան վաճառել»,- իր խոսքում նշել է Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը:

«Շնորհավորում եմ Ակբա բանկին՝ նմանատիպ պատմական քայլ իրագործելու քաջություն ցուցաբերելու համար: Այժմ Ակբա բանկը հանրային ընկերություն է և հասանելի է ներդրողների լայն շերտերին: Ակբա բանկի բաժնետոմսերի առաջնային տեղաբաշխումն իրականացվեց շատ կարճ ժամանակում՝ ներգրավելով միանգամից մեծ քանակի ներդրողների, ինչը հաջողություն է Հայաստանի կապիտալի շուկայի համար: Ակբան Հայաստանում գործող միակ ընկերությունն է, որը ոչ միայն բաժնետոմսերի առաջնային տեղաբաշխում իրականացրեց, այլ նաև որպես երկրորդային շուկայի մասնակից քայլեր է կատարում այդ շուկայում ակտիվություն ձևավորելու համար: Բանկի բաժնետոմսերը ցուցակվել են A հարթակում, որը ֆոնդային բորսայի ամենակարևոր հարթակն է: Փոքր և միջին ներդրողները քանակով շատ են, ինչը բանկի բաժնետոմսերն ավելի գրավիչ է դարձնում այլ ներդրողների համար՝ բարձր իրացվելիության ապահովման արդյունքում», - նշել է Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի գլխավոր տնօրեն Հայկ Եգանյանը:

2021 թվականին Ակբա բանկը Հայաստանում իրականացրել է 500 հազար հատ բաժնետոմսի հրապարակային տեղաբաշխում՝ ընդհանուր 7,5 միլիարդ դրամ ծավալով։

Ակբա բանկի կողմից ընտրված շուկա ստեղծող «Դայմենշն» ընկերությունը կիրականացնի բաժնետոմսի առքի և վաճառքի գնանշում:

Ակբա բանկի բաժնետոմսեր գնելու/վաճառելու համար անհրաժեշտ է մոտենալ բանկի ցանկացած մասնաճյուղ, կամ բրոքերային ծառայություններ մատուցող այլ կազմակերպություններ:
