Հայ ազգը պետք է կարողանա իր քաղաքական խոսքն ասել

Արցախի տարածքների դեօկուպացիայի մասին հարցերին ի պատասխան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոսեց ադրբեջանցի փախստականների իրավունքների մասին։
Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք քաղաքագետ Թևան Պողոսյանի հետ։
Հարցին, թե այսօրինակ հայտարարությունը ինչպիսի՞ քաղաքականության արդյունք է` քաղաքագետն ասաց. «Ընդհանրապես ցանկացած երկրի ղեկավար պետք է խոսի իր երկրի շահերից։ Ադրբեջանական ժողովրդի իրավունքների մասին պետք է խոսեն Ադրբեջանի նախագահը, նրանց պաշտոնյաները, Ադրբեջանի դաշնակիցները, ինչը մենք տեսնում ենք։ Երբ նայում ենք՝ էլ ո՞վ կարող է դրա մասին խոսել, պատասխանը հստակ է՝ մարդ, ով սպասարկում է Ադրբեջանի շահերը։ Ընդհանրապես, երբ դու պետական պաշտոն ես զբաղեցնում, պետք է հասկանաս, որ տվյալ պետությանն ես ծառայում։ Ինձ ամենաշատը հետաքրքրում է այն, որ ՀՀ ցանկացած ղեկավար միայն ու միայն խոսի ՀՀ, Արցախի Հանրապետության և ընդհանրապես հայերի իրավունքներից։ Երբ հանկարծ պարզվում է, որ ՀՀ ղեկավարը խոսում է այլ ազգերի, ժողովուրդների իրավունքներից, ապա նա սպասարկում է այդ այլ պետությունների ու ազգերի շահերը։ Դե, եթե ՀՀ վարչապետն սպասարկում է Ադրբեջանի շահերը, այն դեպքում, երբ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին ընկալում է թշնամի, ինչի՞ մասին կարող ենք խոսել։ Այս պայմաններում մենք կամ պետք է փոխենք այս իշխանություններին, բերենք իշխանություններ, որոնք կխոսեն Հայաստանի և հայերի իրավունքների մասին կամ իրենք գիտակցված պետք է հեռանան՝ հանուն Հայաստանի։ Հայ ազգը պետք է կարողանա իր քաղաքական խոսքն ասել, որ սա անթույլատրելի է։ Ամեն մարդ իր տեղում պետք է այդ մասին խոսի»։
Հարցին, թե Արցախի օկուպացիայի մասին օրինագիծում ո՞ր տարածքները կարող են հայտնվել` քաղաքագետն ասաց. « Ըստ իս՝ դրանք պետք է լինեն այն բոլոր տարածքները, որոնք Արցախի Հանրապետությունը վերահսկում էր 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 26-ի դրությամբ: Միաժամանակ, չմոռանանք, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության ադրբեջանական օկուպացիան նոր չի սկսել, հիշենք՝ Շահումյանի շրջանը, Գետաշեն, Մարտակերտի շրջանի ինչ-որ մասեր, Մարտունու շրջան»։
