Անցնող տարում բանակցություններն առաջընթաց չեն արձանագրել. Սերժ Սարգսյան

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր մասնակցել է Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծննդյան տոների առթիվ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում կազմակերպված ընդունելությանը:
Հանրապետության Նախագահը շնորհավորել է նախարարության աշխատակիցներին գալիք տոների կապակցությամբ, շնորհակալություն հայտնել անցնող տարում նախարարության կողմից իրականացված աշխատանքի համար, արտաքին գերատեսչության բոլոր աշխատակիցներին ու նրանց ընտանիքներին մաղթել առողջություն, երջանկություն և հաջողություններ:
Իր շնորհավորական խոսքում Նախագահը նաև ամփոփել է 2015 թվականը' անդրադարձել անցնող տարվա ձեռքբերումներին, թերացումներին, դժվարություններին ու մարտահրավերներին, խոսել՝ 2016 թվականի ծրագրերի և ակնկալիքների մասին:
Ընդգծելով, որ անցնող 2015թ. ոչ միայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների, այլ նաև ամբողջ հայության համար հիշարժան, միջոցառումներով հագեցած և այդ տեսանկյունից լարված տարի էր՝ հայրենիքում ու աշխարհի շատ երկրներում արժանապատվորեն և բարձր մակարդակով անցկացվեցին Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի ոգեկոչման բազմաթիվ միջոցառումներ, Հանրապետության Նախագահն այդ աշխատանքներում կարևորել է արտաքին գործերի նախարարության աշխատակիցների դերը:
Սերժ Սարգսյանն անդրադարձել է նաև մեր երկրի համար կարևորագույն այլ իրադարձությունների՝ ընթացիկ տարում ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությանը, Եվրամիության հետ նոր իրավական փաստաթղթի շուրջ բանակցությունների մեկնարկին, շեշտելով, որ այդ ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացներում ներգրավվելու մասին իրատեսական որոշումները Հայաստանի հետագա զարգացման տեսանկյունից մեծ նշանակություն ունեն:
Նախագահը խոսել է ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացի մասին, ցավով նշելով, որ անցնող տարում բանակցություններն առաջընթաց չեն արձանագրել, սակայն բանակցային գործընթացը շարունակվում է, և անհրաժեշտ է այս ուղղությամբ բազմապատկել ջանքերը եկող տարում:
Նշելով, որ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը եկող տարվանից տեղափոխվելու է վարչական նոր մասնաշենք, որտեղ աշխատանքի համար ավելի հարմարավետ պայմաններ են ստեղծված, Հանրապետության Նախագահը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ նոր տարում արտաքին գերատեսչության աշխատակիցներն իրենց գործունեությունը կիրականացնեն ավելի մեծ եռանդով, նվիրումով, նոր գաղափարներով ու ծրագրերով, նոր գիտելիքներով զինված, առանց որոնց, Նախագահի համոզմամբ, որևէ պետություն չի կարող հաջողություն ունենալ:
