Whatsapp-ի օգտատերերի տվյալները վտանգված են
SOCIETYWhatsApp մեսենջերում խոցելիություն է հայտնաբերվել, հայտնում է New York Post-ը։ Այն թույլ է տալիս Android սարքերի օգտատերերին տեսնել զրուցակցի կողմից ջնջված հաղորդագրությունները եւ մեդիա ֆայլերը՝ օգտագործելով երրորդ կողմի WAMR ծրագրակազմը: Թեեւ հավելվածը ներկայումս հասանելի է միայն Android-ի համար, այն նաեւ հետևում է iPhone-ի հաղորդագրություններին:
Միաժամանակ ծառայությունը կարող է հետեւել այլ հայտնի մեսենջերներին։ Սմարթֆոնում տեղադրվելուց հետո WAMR-ը հայտնաբերում է սմարթֆոնի վրա տեղադրված բոլոր հաղորդագրությունների ծառայությունները եւ օգտատիրոջը հուշում ընտրել այն մեկը, որն իրեն հետաքրքրում է:
Դրանից հետո հավելվածը սկսում է վերահսկել ընտրված ծառայություններից ստացվող ծանուցումները: Եթե WAMR-ը նկատում է, որ մյուս կողմը ջնջել է աուդիո կամ տեքստային հաղորդագրությունը, այն կառաջարկի տեսնել դրա պարունակությունը:
Բացի այդ, WAMR-ը կարող է թաքնված վտանգներ կրել: Պարբերականի տվյալներով՝ հավելվածն աշխատելու համար չափազանց շատ թույլտվություններ է պահանջում։ Դա նշանակում է, որ այս ծրագիրը կարող է օգտագործվել սարքի վրա տեղադրված այլ հավելվածներից տվյալներ գողանալու համար:
Այս պահին հավելվածը դեռ հասանելի է Google Play-ում, այն ներբեռնվել է ավելի քան 50 միլիոն անգամ:
