«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Հայաստան-սփյուռք կապերի մասին խոսվում է ամեն օր. տպավորություն է, որ ամբողջությամբ չօգտագործված ներուժի հիմնական մեղավորը հենց պետությունն է, որ այդպես էլ չկարողացավ ստեղծել լիակատար վստահության մթնոլորտ, չկարողացավ ստեղծել համակարգ` ինչը Հայաստան կբերեր նման նոր մարդկանց ու նոր ներդրումներ: Մեր օրաթերթը ժամանակ առ ժամանակ նամակներ է ստանում համայնքներից, բազմազավակ կամ սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքներից, որոնք ցանկանում են մեր միջոցով շնորհակալություն հայտնել՝ այս կամ այն բարերարին: Նամակ կամ զանգ ստանալուց հետո մենք սկսում ենք փոքրիկ հետաքննություն, ու եթե ներկայացվածը համապատասխանում է իրականությանը` արձագանքում ենք քաղաքացիների խնդրանքին:
Հերթական զանգը Արարատի մարզի Լուսառատ համայնքից էր, որտեղ կառուցված ֆուտբոլային նոր դաշտն ու տեղում մանկապատանեկան թիմերի ստեղծումը նիդերլանդահայ բարերար, շուրջ 30 տարի Նիդերլանդների թագավորությունում ապրած Արմեն Սարգսյանի եւ նրա ընտանիքի ներդրումների արդյունքնն է: Մեր հաշվարկներով` բարերարի կողմից միայն գյուղական ֆուտբոլային դաշտի վերակառուցման եւ տեղում մանկապատանեկան թիմ պահելու վրա ծախսվել է շուրջ 70հզ ամերիկյան դոլարին համարժեք դրամ. կա ոչ միայն ֆուտբոլային որակյալ պարագաների անհրաժեշտ քանակ, այլեւ` տեղում ձեւավորված թիմը մասնակցում է Հայաստանի իրենց հասակակիցների առաջնությանը, իսկ տրանսպորտային ծախսերն ու մարզչի աշխատավարձը նույնպես հոգում է Արմենը:
Մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ Սարգսյանների ընտանիքը պլանավորում է մշտական բնակություն հաստատել հայրենիքում. մասնավորապես, տարվա մեծ մասը ծննդավայրում է բարերարի հայրը` Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի վետերան Հակոբ Սարգսյանը: Մեզ տեղեկացրին, որ պլանավորված են խոշոր այլ ներդրումներ, որոնց կյանքի կոչվելու դեպքում Արարատի մարզի Լուսառատ համայնքը կարող է դառնալ օրինակելի, ու գյուղից եկած ու հաջողություններ գրանցած մեր մյուս հայրենակիցներն էլ մի քիչ գումար կներդնեն իրենց ծննդավայրերի համար` ինչպես անում են Արմենի նման մարդիկ:
Տարիների ընթացքում շատ ենք լսել դեպքեր, երբ այս կամ այն չինովնիկը նեղացրել է բարերարներին. հույս ունենք, որ երկրում գոնե այս մասով իրավիճակ իրապես փոխվել է, եւ նման մարդկանց անկեղծորեն կօգնեն ու կգնահատեն: Շղթայական ռեակցիան կսկսվի այդպես:
