Գաբոնցի ֆուտբոլիստը Լոնդոն էր տեղափոխվել 2018-ի հունվարին Դորտմունդի «Բորուսիայից»:
«Շնորհակալ եմ, որ Լոնդոնն ինձ ու իմ ընտանիքի համար տուն դարձրեցիք վերջին 4 տարվա ընթացքում: Մենք միասին շատ վերելքներ ու վայրէջքներ ենք ունեցել, և ձեր աջակցությունն ամեն ինչ էր ինջ համար: Այս ակումբի համար տիտղոսներ նվաճելն ու թիմի ավագը լինելն այն է, ինչը ես միշտ կպահեմ իմ սրտում:
Ես միշտ 100 տոկոսով կենտրոնած եմ եղել նրա վրա, որ իմ ուժերի ներածին չափով անեմ ամեն բան այս ակումբի համար, այդ իսկ պատճառով առանց իրական հրաժեշտի բաժանվելը ցավալի է, բայց այսպիսին է ֆուտբոլը:
Ցավում եմ, որ վերջին մի քանի շաբաթների ընթացքում չկարողացա օգնել թիմակիցներիս, բայց ես բացի հարգանքից որևէ այլ բան չեմ տածում այս ակումբի հանդեպ և ի սրտե տղաներին ու բոլոր երկրպագուներին լավագույնն եմ մաղթում»,- գրել է Օբամեյանգը Instagram-ի իր էջում:
