Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն արձագանքել է Արարատ Միրզոյանի հայտարարությանը
POLITICSԱդրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն արձագանքել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հայտարարությանը, որ Ադրբեջանը խոչընդոտներ է ստեղծում Ղարաբաղում միջազգային կազմակերպությունների գործունեության համար: Այս մասին հաղորդում է ադրբեջանական APA գործակալությունը:
Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Լեյլա Աբդուլաևան պատասխանել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հայտարարությանն այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանը խոչընդոտներ է ստեղծում Ղարաբաղում միջազգային կազմակերպությունների գործունեության համար: Նա հայտարարել է՝ «Ադրբեջանի փոխշահավետ հարաբերությունները միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ հաջողությամբ զարգանում են»։
«Հայտնի է, որ մեր երկիրն ակտիվորեն մասնակցում է բազմակողմ հարթակներում՝ ներառյալ մի շարք կազմակերպություններում հաջող նախագահության փորձը»,֊ասել է Աբդուլաևան, հաղորդում է ԱՊԱ-ն։
«Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքում միջազգային կազմակերպությունների գործունեությանը, ապա ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 1991 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 19-ի բանաձևի համաձայն, կապված մարդասիրական օգնության համակարգման հետ, նման գործունեությունը պետք է իրականացվի հարգանքի հիման վրա։ Հենց այս սկզբունքով էլ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների գործունեությունն իրականացվում է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության տարածքում։
Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարի ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում այն հանգամանքը, որ ցանկացած միջազգային կազմակերպության գործունեությունը մեր երկրի ինքնիշխան հողերում համապատասխան միջազգային կազմակերպության և Ադրբեջանի խնդիրն է։ Երրորդ պետության ներկայացուցչի մեկնաբանություններն այս առնչությամբ տեղին չեն և անհիմն են։ Լավ կլիներ, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը մեկնաբաներ երկրի ստանձնած պարտավորությունների կատարման և տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատման հետ կապված հարցերը»,- ասել է Աբդուլաևան։
Ինչպես հայտնի է, այսօր ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանը խոչընդոտում է Արցախում միջազգային կազմակերպությունների աշխատանքին:
