INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները հիստերիա են բարձրացրել այն առնչությամբ, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում մարդասիրական բեռներով ադրբեջանական երկու ավտոշարասյան տարանցման ժամանակ բեռնատարները ռուս խաղաղապահներից բացի ստուգել է նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության աշխատակիցը: Այս մասին գրում է «Արցախպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով Minval.az-ին։
«Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության, ինքնիշխանության, 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության կոպտագույն խախտում է»,- նշել է լրատվամիջոցը՝ չբացառելով, որ սա կարող է ռուսական և արցախյան կողմերի «պայմանավորվածության» արդյունք լինել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի զինծառայողներն ապահովել են մարդասիրական բեռներով ադրբեջանական երկու ավտոշարասյան անվտանգ ուղեկցումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքով։
Ռուսաստանի ռազմական ոստիկանությունը Մատաղիս-Գետավան-Վանք երթուղու երկայնքով և հակառակ ուղղությամբ ուղեկցել է մոտ 20 մեքենաներից բաղկացած շարասյուն՝ շինանյութով և սննդամթերքով։
Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահ զորախմբի ներկայացուցիչ Միխայիլ Կիրիլենկոն պատմել է, որ այս երթուղին անցնում է լեռնային տեղանքով, ինչը պահանջում է տրանսպորտային միջոցների վարորդների և ուղեկցող անձնակազմի մեծ ուշադրությունը: Երթուղու երկարությունը 42 կիլոմետր է:
Երթուղուն հետևելիս շարասյունը հատել է երեք դիտակետ, որոնք ապահովում են տրանսպորտային միջոցների անվտանգությունը դիտակետերի պատասխանատվության գոտում։
