Արդեն քաղաքացիներն ու գործարար աշխարհը կարող են գնել Ակբա բանկի ցուցակված բաժնետոմսերը: 2021-ին բանկը իրականացրել էր 500,000 հատ բաժնետոմսի հրապարակային տեղաբաշխում՝ ընդհանուր 7,5 միլիարդ դրամ ծավալով։

Բանկի բաժնետոմսերն ընդգրկված են Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի ամենակարևոր՝ A հարթակում։

«Մենք հայտարարեցինք Ակբա բանկի՝ բորսայում բաժնետոմսերի գնանշման մասին: Այսօր պատմական օր է թե՛ բանկի, թե՛ բանկի բաժնետերերի և, ինչու ոչ,  Հայաստանում գործարար աշխարհի համար: IPO-ի՝ այսինքն բաժնետոմսերի առաջնային տեղաբաշխման փուլը հաջողությամբ ավարտեցինք, ունենք 5270 բաժնետեր: Վերջին փուլը բորսայում գնանշումն էր, որի գործընթացը մենք ազդարարեցինք։ Կցանկանամ, որ մեր օրինակին հետևեն շատ ընկերություններ, որովհետև բորսայում պետք է շատ լինեն մեր նման ընկերություններ, բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների բաժնետոմսեր, որպեսզի մենք ընդհանուր առմամբ հետաքրքիր լինենք նաև դրսի ներդրողների համար: Կարծում եմ, որ ամենալավ ճանապարհը, որ մենք Հայաստանում ներդրումներ ապահովենք, դա բորսայի միջոցով բաժնետոմսերի ձեռքբերումն է»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը:

«Ակբա բանկը, կարելի է ասել, ամենալայն շերտերով գումար ներգրաված  բանկն է: Բանկի առաջնային տեղաբաշխումը տևեց մի քանի շաբաթ և իրականացվեց հատուկ տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով՝ օնլայն հարթակի միջոցով՝ իրենց բանկային ծրագրի միջոցով, և շատ մեծ քանակի ներդրողներ ներգրավեց շատ կարճ ժամանակում: Կարելի է ասել, որ սա հաջողություն է Հայաստանի կապիտալի շուկայի համար: Միակ ընկերությունն է նաև, որ փորձեց ոչ միայն առաջնային տեղաբաշխումով իր գործը վերջացնել, այլ նաև փորձում է որպես բանկ, որպես բրոքեր երկրորդային շուկայում էլ ձևավորել ակտիվություն, աշխուժություն, որպեսզի  երկրոդային շուկայում էլ լինեն առաջարկ և պահանջարկ»,- նշել է Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի գլխավոր տնօրեն Հայկ Եգանյանը:
