 Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Աջափնյակի նստավայրում քննվում է Սյունիքի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր (լիազորությունները կասեցված են) Բորիս Բախշիյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու մասին ԱԱԾ քննիչի միջնորդությունը։ Ի պաշտպանություն Բորիս Բախշիյանի, ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորները հավաքվել են դատարանի բակում։

«Իշխանությունները բռնաբարում են արդարադատությունը։  Հասարակությունն այս դեպքում պետք է ընդվզի եւ իր գնահատականը տա ստեղծված իրավիճակում։ Մենք չենք եկել այստեղ, որ պաշտպանենք կոնկրետ ինչ-որ դատավորի, կամ էլ ինչ-որ գործ, մենք եկել ենք այստեղ խոսելու եւ պաշտպանելու արդարադատությունը։ Մենք չպետք է թույլ տանք, որ Հայաստանը վերածվի բռնապետության, իսկ մենք տեսում ենք, որ իշխանությունները երկիրը տանում են այդ ուղղությմաբ»,-լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանը։


«Բորիս Բախշիյանի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներով իշխանությունը մեսիջ է ուղարկում ոչ միայն դատական իշխանությանը, այլեւ պետական ապարատին։ Որ եթե կլինի որեւէ մեկը, ով կհամարձակվի իշխանություններին ոչ հաճելի որոշում կայացնել, անմիջապես պատժվելու է։ Բոլորս պետք է հստակ գնահատական տանք տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներին, որպեսզի այս երկրում գոնե դատական իշխանությունը գործի անկախ եւ չկատարաի իշխանությունների քմահաճույքը»,- նշեց Արթուր Վանեցյանը։
