Վերջին օրերին Հայաստանում հաստատվել է կորոնավիրուսով վարակվածության ամենաշատ դեպքերը։

Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք ՀՀ ԱՆ հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի վարակիչ և ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների համաճարակաբանության վարչության պետ Ռոմելլա Աբովյանի հետ։

Հարցին, թե օրական արձանագրվող թվերի աճից՝ կարո՞ղ ենք ասել, որ Հայաստանում համավարակի հինգերորդ ալիքն է սկսվել` մասնագետն ասաց. « Սկսվել է հինգերորդ ալիքի մեկնարկը, դեռ պիկին չենք հասել: Լարված իրավիճակը պայմանավորված է «Օմիկրոն» շտամով, 14 օրվա նոր դեպքերի տվյալները համեմատելով նախորդ 14 օրվա հետ, կարող ենք ասել, որ ունենք նոր դեպքերի 628% աճ, վարակի վերարտադրողականության ցուցանիշը շատ բարձր է, 7 օրվա կտրվածքով՝ 3,08, ինչը նշանակում է, որ եթե հակահամաճարակային բոլոր կանոնները չպահպանվեն, առաջիկա 7 օրերի ընթացքում կարող ենք ընդհանուր ունենալ 52000-ից ավելի նոր դեպք: Հիվանդացությունն աճել է մանկապատանեկան բոլոր տարիքային խմբերում՝ հատկապես 3-5 ու 6-17: ՀՀ-ն Եվրամիության չափանիշներով մուգ վառվող կարմիր գոտում է գտնվում»:

Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք սուր շնչառական հիվանդությունները ևս ակտիվացել են` համաճարակաբանն ասաց. «Սուր շնչառական վարակներով հիվանդացության շեմը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ կրկնակի բարձր է, ինչն էլ իր հերթին ևս ավելի է լարում իրավիճակը»:

Անդրադառնալով սուր շնչառական հիվանդացության տարիքային խմբին` Ռոմելլա Աբովյանն ասաց, որ հիմնականում հիմնականում վարաքվում են 0-18 տարեկանները. «Հիմնական վարաքակիրները 0-18 տարեկաններն են, որովհետև մեր դեպքային հսկողության շրջանակներում ընտրանքային վերցրած նմուշներով՝ Հայաստանում շրջանառվում է գրիպ A տեսակի H3N2 ենթատեսակը, իսկ գրիպ A-ն հիմնականում ախտահարում է երեխաներին ու շատ արագ է տարածվում»։
