Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի անվտանգության խորհուրդները համատեղ նիստեր կանցկացնեն
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԹուրքիայի փոխարտգործնախարար Յավուզ Սելիմ Քըրանը խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովում մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել «Շուշի հռչակագրով» Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև տարբեր ոլորտներում նախատեսված համագործակցության ընդլայնման վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին գրում է Ermenihaber-ը։
Քըրանի ելույթի առավել կարևոր հատվածները ստորև.
«Հստակեցվելու են դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների հիմնմանքաղաքական և իրավական մեխանիզմները: Այս համատեքստում պարտավորվում ենք մեր անկախությանը, ինքնիշխանությանըկամ տարածքային ամբողջականությանը որևէ սպառնալիքի դեպքում ՄԱԿ-ի պահանջներին համապատասխան ձևով անհրաժեշտ օգնություն տրամադրել և համակարգել զինված ուժերը»։
Շեշտում ենք համատեղ ջանքեր գործադրելու մեր վճռականությունը հակամարտությունների, տարածաշրջանային ու միջազգային անվտանգությանն առնչվող խնդիրների հարցում: Ծրագրում ենք կանոնավոր կերպով անցկացնել ազգային անվտանգության խորհուրդների համատեղ նիստեր: Այստեղ խոսքը անվտանգության խորհուրդների համագործակցության մասին է, սակայն այս համագործակցության կերպը որոշող գործընթացը կարող է տարբեր ձևերով փոփոխվել՝ կախված գետնի վրա տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներից:
Պարտավորվում ենք զինված ուժերի վերափոխման ու արդիականացման գործում համատեղ ջանքեր գործադրել, խրախուսել պաշտպանական արդյունաբերություն վարչությունների միջև համագործակցույունը տեխնոլոգիաների փոխանակումը և համատեղ նախագծերի իրականացումը:
Ռազմական պարտավորությունների ամենակարևոր բաղադրիչներց մեկն էլ ականազերծումն է: Մինև հիմա իրականացված համագործակցության արդյունքում Ղարաբաղում ականազերծվել է 132 ք/կմ տարածք, այս ուղղությամբ ջանքերը շարունակվելու են:
Ծրագրում ենք կիբերանվտանգության ոլորտում համատեղ գիտական ուսումնասիրություններ և մասնագետների պատրաստում:
Ի լրումն այս ընդգրկուն համագործակցության՝ առևտրի, տրանսպորտի ու էներգետիկայի ոլորտներում նույնպես թիրախներ ենք դնում: Այս համատեքստում մեծացնելու ենք ջանքերը արտահանման դիվերսիֆիկացիայի, ապագային միտված ոլորտներում համատեղ արտադրույուն կազմակերպելու և ներդրումների համար ավելի նպաստավոր մթնոլորտ ձևավորելու համար: Խելացի տեխնոլոգիաներից օգտվելով՝ զարգացնելու ենք մեր տարանցիկ տրանսպորտի ներուժը: Նախաձեռնություն ենք ցուցաբերելու նաև Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի բացումից հետո որպես դրա շարունակություն Նախիջևան-Կարս երկաթգծի շինարարության հարցում:
Հունվարի 10-ին ադրբեջանական կողմին ենք հանձնել Բաքվում թուրք-ադրբեջանական համատեղ համալսարան հիմնելու վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի մեր նախագիծը:
