Իսկ Դուք ուզում եք կռվել Ռուսաստանի դեմ․ Պուտինի հարցը Մակրոնին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՆախօրեին Ռուսաստան էր ժամանել Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը։ Տեղի ունեցած բանակցություններից հետո նա հայտարարել է, որ առաջնահերթ է մնում Ուկրաինայի շուրջ ստեղծված կացությունը։ Այս այցից հետո Մակրոնը մեկնելու է Ուկրաինա, սակայն կարելի է ասել, որ քիչ բանի հնարավոր եղավ հասնել Մոսկվայում, որքան էլ, որ բանակցությունները տեւել են վեց ժամ՝ սկսվելով երկուշաբթի եւ ավարտվելով այսօր՝ երեքշաբթի։ Միայն Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի՝ «Դուք ուզում եք կռվել Ռուսաստանի դեմ։ Հարցրեք ձեր ընթերցողներին, դիտողներին, ինտերնետ ռեսուրսներից օգտվողներին, Ֆրանսիան ցանկանում է կռվել Ռուսաստանի դեմ» արտահայտությամբ կարելի էր հանդիպումը համարել փակված։ Սա իհարկե անձամբ Մակրոնին կամ Ֆրանսիային ուղղված հարցից բացի, կարելի է համարել նաեւ Արեւմուտքին ուղղված հարց։ Այս հարցը պարզեց մի իրականություն՝ Ռուսաստանի եւ Արեւմուտքի հարաբերություններում այլեւս որեւէ պատրանքներ չկան, եւ ժամանակը եկել է շատ կոշտ հռետորաբանության։ Այն, որ Ռուսաստան-Արեւմուտք հարաբերություններում դիվանագիտության դռները դեռ բաց են մնում, իհարկե շատ լավ է։ Այն, որ կա որոշակի երկխոսություն, այցեր, դա էլ է լավ, սակայն կարեւոր են ոչ միայն այցերը, հանդիպումները, այլ նաեւ՝ դրանց բերած արդյունքները։ Իսկ արդյունքները, գոնե հանրային հասանելի մակարդակում, չափազանց համեստ էին, չնայած, պետք է ասել, որ նախքան Մակրոնի Մոսկվա այցը Միացյալ Նահանգներում եւ ՆԱՏՕ-ի ընդգծված հակառուսական տրամադրություններ ունեցող այլ երկրներում կար մտավախություն, որ Մակրոնը կարող է ինքնուրույն ինչ որ պայմանավորվածությունների հասնել Պուտինի հետ, առանց հաշվի առնելու ընդհանուր մոտեցումները։ Թե ինչ կլինի հետո, ցույց կտա ժամանակը, սակայն ինչպես Մակրոնն է նշել բանակցություններից հետո, Եվրոպան դեռ ունի հնարավորություն կարգավորելու բոլոր հարցերը խաղաղ ճանապարհով եւ առաջիկա օրերը լինելու են վճռական։
