INTERNATIONAL NEWSԵվրախորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Իզաբել Սանտոսը մեղադրել է ադրբեջանական ռեժիմին կոռուպցիայի, եվրոպացի քաղաքական գործիչներին կաշառք տալու և բռնաճնշումների մեջ։
Ըստ Սանտոսի` Ալիևների ընտանիքը կառավարում է Ադրբեջանը անկախությունից ի վեր ավտորիտարիզմի, կոռուպցիայի, նեպոտիզմի և կլեպտոկրատիայի խառնուրդի պայմաններում:
«Երկար տարիներ նա (Ալիևների ընտանիքը - խմբ.) միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ հյուսում էր կոռուպցիոն ցանց, որը հայտնի դարձավ որպես խավիարային դիվանագիտություն: Այսպիսով, Ալիևների ընտանիքն ու նրանց կամակատարները գնում են համընդհանուր լռություն և մոռացություն։ Ամենաաղմկոտ սկանդալը բռնկվեց Եվրոպայի խորհրդում, մի ինստիտուտ, որը պետք է հետևի ժողովրդավարության արժեքներին, օրենքի գերակայությանը և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը»,- գրել է Սանտոնը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ վերջին ամիսներին Բաքու են այցելել երկու եվրահանձնակատարներ և հավելել, որ ժամանակն է վերանայելու Բաքվի հետ երկխոսությունը շարունակելու նպատակահարմարությունը այնպիսի պայմաններում, երբ երկրի ներսում և դրսում ակտիվանում են ճնշումները ընդդիմախոսների, լրագրողների և ակտիվիստների նկատմամբ։
«Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն այն մարտերից է, որը ես երկար տարիներ պայքարում եմ։ Ես գիտեմ գործողությունները, անունները, կատարված հանցագործությունները և բազմաթիվ զոհերի։ Ես ձեզ թույլ չեմ տա անտեսել այն, ինչ կատարվում է Ադրբեջանում և կապերն այլ ավտոկրատիաների հետ», - ասել է Եվրախորհրդարանի պատգամավորն իր գործընկերներին:
