Առուշ Առուշանյանը կմնա կալանքի տակ. Վերաքննիչ դատարանը մերժեց պաշտպանների բողոքը
POLITICSՎերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը՝ նախագահությամբ դատավոր Ռուբիկ Մխիթարյանի, այսօր՝ փետրվարի 9-ին, Գորիսի համայնքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանքը գրավով փոխարինելու մասին պաշտպանների միջնորդությունը մերժեց։
Առուշանյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանքը գրավով փոխարինելու համար գրավի չափը պաշտպանները սահմանել են 80 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամից ավելի։
Պաշտպանները դատարանին հայտնել են, որ Առուշանյանն ազատության մեջ գտնվելով, չի խոչընդոտելու գործի քննությանը, եւ, որ դրա ռիսկն էականորեն նվազել է։ Նրանք հիշեցրել են նաեւ նախաքննության ընթացքում Առուշանյանի դեմ Քարահունջ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Լուսինե Ավետյանի մեղադրական բնույթի ցուցմունքը, որը դատաքննության փուլում հերքվել է։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Գորիսի համայնքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանը մեղադրվում է համայնքի ընտրողներից առավելագույն քվեներ ապահովելու եւ ընտրություններում ցանկալի արդյունք արձանագրելու անձնական եւ խմբային շահերից ելնելով, ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների (որին ինքը մասնակցում էր «Հայաստան» դաշինքի ընտրական ցուցակով) նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ընթացքում ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ ծանր հանցագործություն նախապատրաստելու, այն է` ընտրություններին մասնակցելու եւ «Հայաստան» դաշինքի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու համար երկու կամ ավելի ընտրողի կաշառք տալու մեջ՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 35-154.2-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, 38-149-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով եւ 38-154.2-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով:
Բացի այդ, ըստ մեղադրանքի, Առուշ Առուշանյանը Գորիս համայնքի Քարահունջ բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավար Լուսինե Ավետյանի միջոցով կազմակերպել է նույն բնակավայրի ընտրողներին 2021 թվականի հունիսի 20-ին նշանակված ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցելուն եւ «Հայաստան» դաշինքի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելուն հարկադրելը:
Առուշանյանն իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում։ Նրա պաշտպաններն էլ այդ քրեական գործերը որակում են որպես քաղաքական հետապնդում Առուշանյանի նկատմամբ։
