ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմական ակտիվության ծավալումը սահմանակից տարածքներում ոչ միայն սպառնալիքներ Է ստեղծում Բելառուսի և Ռուսաստանի համար, այլև բացասաբար է ազդում ամբողջ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) անվտանգության ապահովման վրա:
Փետրվարի 9-ին այդ մասին հայտարարել է կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասը «Վալդայ» բանավիճային ակումբի «Կոլեկտիվ անվտանգությունը նոր դարաշրջանում. ՀԱՊԿ-ի փորձն ու հեռանկարները» խորհրդաժողովում, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
«ՀԱՊԿ-ի պատասխանատվության գոտու արևմտյան սահմաններին տեղի է ունենում ՆԱՏՕ-ի զինվորականների խմբավորումների էական կուտակում, ռազմական ենթակառուցվածքի զարգացում սահանակից տարածքներում,- ասել է նա:- Մեծանում է ռազմական ակտիվությունը, տեղի է ունենում ըստ էության ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի ռազմականացում: Դա ոչ միայն սպառնալիքներ է ստեղծում Բելառուսի և Ռուսաստանի համար, այլև բացասաբար է ազդում մեր ամբողջ կազմակերպության, ամբողջ ՀԱՊԿ-ի անվտանգության ապահովման վրա»: Զասը հայտարարել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում ստեղծվել է ճգնաժամային հակազդման աշխատանքային խումբ Ղազախստանում իրականացված խաղաղապահ գործողությունից հետո:
«Այո՛, անշուշտ, մենք այժմ ստեղծել ենք աշխատանքայն խումբ և ուշադրությամբ ուսումնասիրում ենք մեր այդ առաջին գործնական փորձը, մեր բոլոր գործողությունները: Ամենից առաջ կթեստավորենք ճգնաժամային հակազդման համակարգը: Մենք պետք է հնարավորություն ունենանք արագորեն և արդյունավետորեն կիրառելու առկա ներուժը ցանկացած պայմաններում և մեր պատասխանատվության գոտու ցանկացած կետում»,- ասել է նա:
