Հայկական CodeSignal-ի ընկերության համաեվրոպական հավաքը տեղի կունենա Երևանում

- Աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով թիմի անդամները միասին մեկ շաբաթից ավելի կաշխատեն Երևանյան գրասենյակում, ինչպես նաև կբացահայտեն Հայաստանը և հայկական մշակույթը
CodeSignal-ը նախատեսում է Եվրոպայի 8 երկրների աշխատակիցների առաջին համաեվրոպական հավաքը կազմակերպել Հայաստանում՝ CodeSignal «Ararat Meetup» խորագրով։ Երևանի գրասենյակը աշխարհում միակն է՝ չնայած նրան, որ ընկերությունն աշխարհի 12 երկրներում ունի 90 աշխատակից կամ Signalite։ Թիմի մեծ մասն ամբողջությամբ հեռահար է աշխատում, ինչը հաճախ խոչընդոտում է աշխատակիցների անմիջական շփումներին։ Սակայն փաստ է, որ մարդիկ միասին շատ ավելի առդյունավետև նպատակասլաց են աշխատում, երբ լավ ճանաչում և վստահում են միմյանց։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով Հայաստանում հավաքի նպատակն է բարձրացնել թիմային աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը՝ նրանց հնարավորություն տալով անձնապես շփվել և մտերմանալ։
Փետրվար 14-ից սկսած մեկ շաբաթ Եվրոպայի ինժեներների և բովանդակություն մշակող մասնագետների թիմերը կաշխատեն Երևանի գրասենյակում իրենց հայ գործընկերների հետ միասին։ Նրանք կկարողանան փորձի փոխանակում իրականացնել, քննարկել իրենց նոր գաղափարներն ու աշխատանքային պլաններն առավել անմիջական պայմաններում։ Շաբաթվա ամփոփումը կլինի Դիլիջանում։ Այնտեղ պլանավորված թիմբիլդինգ էլ ավելի կնպաստի նրան, որ թիմի անդամները հնարավորինս լավ ճանաչեն միմյանց ուժեղ և թույլ կողմերը, ինչպես նաև՝ հետաքրքրությունները և յուրահատկությունները։
Օրակարգի կարևոր մաս է կազմում նաև մշակութային փոխանակումը։ Մշակույթը և պատմությունը յուրաքանչյուր անհատի ինքնության մի մասն են կազմում, և հնարավոր չէ լավ ճանաչել որևէ մեկին առանց հասկանալու իր մշակութային առանձնահատկությունները։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով նախատեսվում են այցեր թանգարաններ և տեսարժան վայրեր։ Մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում արտասահմանից ժամանած Signalite-ները հնարավորություն կունենան հնարավորինս բացահայտել հայկական մշակույթն իր բոլոր առաձնահատկություններով։
