Արդյունավետ աջակցություն արթիկցի զոհված հերոսների ընտանիքներին

2020 նոյեմբերյան հրադադարից անմիջապես հետո Արթիկի բնակիչ Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանի նախաձեռնությամբ մի խումբ ռուսաստանաբնակ արթիկցիներ սկսեցին իրականացնել «Օգնություն զոհվածների ընտանիքներին» նախաձեռնությունը։
Շտիգեն ընկերությունն էլ այդ օրերին տարբեր ծրագրեր էր իրականում զինվորի կողքին լինելու նպատակով, որոնք ամփոփեցին «Հայրենիքի պաշտպան» անվանման ներքո: Համատեղելով երկու նախաձեռնությունների նպատակներն ու ռեսուրսները՝ հնարավոր եղավ մշակել և գործարկել ծրագիր, որի տեսլականն է ամեն զոհված զինվորի տանը արևային էլեկտրակայանի տեղադրումը։ Այս նախաձեռնության շնորհիվ հերոսների հարազատներին կտրամադրվիկայուն և երկարաժամկետ աջակցություն՝ մի քանի տասնամյակ անվճար էլեկտրաէներգիան ունենալու միջոցով։ Խոսքը գործ դարձավ, և կարճ ժամանակում 14 ընտանիքներ ստացան արևային էլեկտրակայաններ։ Ծրագիրը, ըստ նախաձեռնողների, կշարունակվի այնքան, քանի դեռ բոլոր նման ընտանիքները չեն ստացել իրենց արևային էլեկտրակայանը։
«Պատերազմի ընթացում մենք տղաներով օնլայն հարթակներից մեկում ստեղծեցինք խումբ, որ կարողանանք ճիշտ գնահատել պահանջները, կոնսոլիդացնել մեր ուժերը և արդյունավետ աջակցություն ցուցաբերել պատերազմի մասնակիցներին, տուժածներին, զավակներ և հայրեր կորցրած մեր ընկերներին», - մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց Արթիկի «Օգնություն զոհվածներին» խմբի նախաձեռնող Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանը։
Վերջինս շեշտեց, որ թեև ի սկզբանե որոշվել էր ամեն ամիս գումար ուղարկել տուժածների ընտանքիների կոմունալ ծախսերը վճարելու համար, բայց ավելի կայուն ու երկարաժամկետ լուծման առաջարկ ունեցան․ որոշվեց տեղադրել արևային էլեկտրակայան, որը կլուծեր կորուստներ ունեցած ընտանիքների էլեկտրաէներգիայի ծախսի հարցը 35-40 տարվա համար։ Արդյունքում, ծրագրի շրջանակներում 5-6 տարվա կոմունալների հանրագումարային գնով հնարավոր եղավ լուծել առայժմ 14 ընտանիքի մոտ չորս տասնամյակի հոսանքի արտադրման խնդիրը։
«Իհարկե, պետք է շեշտել, որ այս նախագիծը այդքան արդյունավետ չէր լինի առանց Շտիգեն ընկերության ղեկավարի ներդրման, ով ընդառաջեց թե՛ գնի, թե՛ առաքման, թե՛ տեղադրման և մնացած բոլոր հարցերում այնպես, որ հնարավորին չափով մատչելի լիներ մեկ կայանի գինը։ Պետք է հատուկ շնորհակալություն հայտնեմ նաև Աղաջանյան եղբայրներին և Կնյազ Խաչատրյանին խոշորածավալ հանգանակությունների համար»,- ասաց Արթիկի «Օգնություն զոհվածների ընտանիքներին» խմբի նախաձեռնող Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանը։
