Բելառուսը մեր նկատմամբ իրեն պահում է գրեթե թշնամական երկրի պես
INTERVIEW
Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է, որ Հայաստանը փախչելու տեղ չունի և որ ի վերջո հայտնվելու է Մոսկվայի ու Մինսկի նախաձեռնած Միութենական պետության կազմում:
Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Գրիգորյանի հետ։
Հարցին, թե արդեյո՞ք Լուկաշենկոյի այս հայտարարությունը ինքնանպատակ արված դիտարկում էր, թե այն որոշակի մեսիջներ էր պարունակում` քաղաքագետն ասաց․ «Նախ՝ ֆիքսենք, որ Բելառուսը վաղուց մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերը չէ, ֆորմալ առումով՝ այո՛, մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերն է, բայց շատ վաղուց սերտ հարաբերությունների մեջ է Ադրբեջանի հետ ու նրա քայլերն ուղղված են մեր դեմ: Բելառուսը մեր նկատմամբ իրեն պահում է գրեթե թշնամական երկրի պես, հիշում եք նրա հայտնի հայտարարությունները 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան քառօրյայի ժամանակ, երբ առաջինը ՀԱՊԿ-ից կոշտ ելույթ ունեցավ մեր դեմ ու պաշտպանեց Ադրբեջանին: 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ էլ թույլ չէր տալիս, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ում ինչ-որ արձագանք լինի հօգուտ մեզ, ավելին՝ պատերազմից անմիջապես հետո Բելառուսը պաշտպանության նախարարի գլխավորությամբ պատվիրակություն ուղարկեց Ադրբեջան, բայց չեկան Հայաստան՝ լինելով ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ, համագործակցության ինչ-որ լուրջ փաստաթղթեր ստորագրեցին, ու Բելառուսը շնորհավորեց Ադրբեջանին՝ տարածքային ամբողջականության վերականգնման համար: Այսինքն, Բելառուսի քաղաքականությունը միայն երեկ չէ, որ հակահայաստանյան է, հետևաբար չպետք է զարմանալ, որ Լուկաշենկոն նսեմացնող հայտարարություն է արել:
Սա նաև այն սխալի հետևանքն է, երբ Բելառուսում անցկացված խայտառակ ընտրություններից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անմիջապես շնորհավորեց Լուկաշենկոյին, ինչի համար ես առաջիններից էի, որ քննադատեցի Փաշինյանին, որովհետև այդ արդյունքները ժողովրդավարական ճանապարհով չէին գրանցվել, ինչո՞ւ պետք է մենք այդ խայտառակ արդյունքների լեգիտիմությունն ապահովեինք: Այդ սխալի պտուղներն ենք հիմա քաղում, որովհետև մենք մեզ սկզբունքային չպահեցինք: Համոզված եմ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մտածում էր, թե այդկերպ կմեղմի Լուկաշենկոյի վերաբերմունքը մեր նկատմամբ, բայց նա երբեք չի փոխի իր դիրքորոշումը Հայաստանի հանդեպ, քանի որ նա ավտորիտար լիդեր է, նա հակաժողովրդավարական երկրի ղեկավար է: Լուկաշենկոյի նման պահվածքի պատճառները կարող են տարբեր լինել, միգուցե դա պատվեր էր Ադրբեջանի կողմից, կոպիտ ասած՝ մի հատ էլ հարվածել Հայաստանին, միգուցե այլ խաղացողներ էին ուզում, որ Բելառուսը նման քայլ անի»:
