Հայաստանի բնակչության բացարձակ մեծամասնությունը Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը համարում է թշնամի երկրներ

Վերջերս հրապարակվել են ԱՄՆ Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի՝ IRI-ի, Հայաստանում հանրային կարծիքի հարցման հերթական արդյունքները, ըստ որոնց՝ հարցվածների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը Թուրքիան (90%) և Ադրբեջանը (77%) համարում են Հայաստանի համար գլխավոր քաղաքական սպառնալիք ներկայացնող երկրներ։ Հարցվածների միայն 5%-ն է կարծում, որ Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները պետք է զարգանան, որպեսզի Հայաստանը զարգանա, իսկ 29%-ն այն կարծիքին է, որ Թուրքիայի հետ պետք է հաստատվեն առանց նախապայմանների հարաբերություններ։ Ու չնայած հարցվածների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը Թուրքիան համարել է Հայաստանի համար սպառնալիք, հարցման պատկերը բոլորովին այլ լույսի ներքո ներկայացվեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ընտանեկան կայքում, որտեղ հրապարակվեց հոդված՝ «Հայաստանցիների 70 տոկոսը կողմ է Թուրքայի հետ հարաբերությունների հաստատմանը՝ պայմանով, որ Անկարան չխոչընդոտի ղարաբաղյան կարգավորմանը» վերնագրով։
Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք թուրքագետ Վարուժան Գեղամյանի հետ։
Անդրադառնալով IRI-ի հրապարակած հերթական հարցման արդյունքներին` թուրքագետն ասաց․ «Այս տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ չնայած բոլոր մեդիամանիպուլյացիաներին և քարոզվող խաղաղության կոչերին, Հայաստանի բնակչության ճնշող մեծամասնությունը հասկանում է, թե ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում Հայաստանի համար Թուրքիայի և Արդրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների հաստատումը։ Հայաստանցիների 80 տոկոսի մոտ այդ երկրներից կա քաղաքական, տնտեսական և անվտանգային ապառնալիքի գիտակցում, իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները չեն արտահայտում ՀՀ բնակչության մեծամասնութան կարծիքը, ուստի չեն էլ առաջնորդվում այդ կարծիքը հաշվի առնելով։
Փաստ է մեկ բան՝ այս հարցման արդյունքները ցույց են տալիս, որ Հայաստանի բնակչության բացարձակ մեծամասնությունը Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը համարում է թշնամի երկրներ։ ՀՀ դե ֆակտո իշխանությունը, բացի ՀՀ բնակչության մեծամասնության շահերը հաշվի չառնելուց, չի գիտակցում նաև այդ մեծամասնության ու ողջ պետության առաջ ծառացած իրական մարտահրավերները։ Մինչդեռ մեծամասնության համար առաջնահերթություն է ոչ թե այս կարգավիճակով Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների հաստատումը, այլ գերիների վերադարձը, Սյունիքի անվտանգության ապահովումը, Արցախի քաղաքական անվտանգության ապահովումը։ Այս առաջնահերթությունները որևէ կերպ արձանագրված չեն ՀՀ դե ֆակտո իշխանության ծրագրերում»։
