«Անորակ հրթիռների» գործը, որով անցնում են պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, ԳՇ գործող պետ Արտակ Դավթյանը, ԳՇ արդեն նախկին պետ Ստեփան Գալստյանը, ավիացիայի նախկին պետը և որքան հասկանում եմ՝ մի խումբ նախկին և գործող զինվորականներ, ուշագրավ է ոչ միայն կոնկրետ խնդրահարույց թեմայի ու դրա 44-օրյա պատերազմի վրա հնարավոր ազդեցության մասով, այլ դրանում ներգրավված անձանց թվով։
Այս թեման ունի նաև այլ առանձնահատկություն, որը պետք է հաշվի առնել։
 
Եթե Դավիթ Տոնոյանի ու Արտակ Դավթյանի գործոնը մի կողմ դնենք, ապա այս գործով չպետք է անցնեն զինվորականներ, որոնց Փաշինյանը որպես «զոհ» մատուցի հանրությանը։
 
Պարզ ասած, պետք է ամեն ինչ անել պաշտպանելու այն զինվորականներին, ովքեր այս գործում «մասովկի» կամ փաշինյանական սուտը ճոխ ներկայացնելու համար են ներգրավել։
 
Սա միայն մի խումբ զինվորականների խնդիր չի, սա բանակի շարքերին ուղղվող ազդակ է առ այն, որ նրանցից որևէ մեկը պաշտպանված չէ և կարող է իշխանության քմահաճույքի զոհը դառնալ։
 
Մեկի դեպքում «անորակ հրթիռի գործն է», մյուսի դեպքում՝ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան և ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքների կորուստը, երրորդի դեպքում՝ 44-օրյա պատերազմը ու շղթան երկար շարունակելելի է։
 
Ովքեր չարաշահումներ են թույլ տվել՝ պետք է պատժվեն օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ՝ զինվորական լինի, թե քաղաքացիական անձ, սա քննարկելի էլ չէ։
 
Գլխավոր պատասխանատուներն ու մեղավորները, ովքեր «ջրից չոր դուրս գալու» համար բանակին ու զինվորականին են «զոհասեղանին մատուցում», դեռ իրենց արժանի պատիժը կստանան։
