SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով` Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժնի քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը որպես խափանման միջոց կալանքի որոշում կայացնի` Երևան քաղաքի Մայիսի 9-ի փողոցի բնակիչ, 32-այա Կարեն Գագիկի Շահինյանի նկատմամբ:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրղ Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջինս կասկածվում է` այսօր` դկետեմբերի 24-ին, Երևանի Մայիսի 9-ի փողոցի թիվ 49 շենքում գտնվող բուքմեյքերական ընկերությունում 28-ամյա Արթուր Նազարյանին առանձնակի դաժանությամբ սպանելու մեջ:
 
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով` ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության և նույն վարչության 2-րդ վարչության, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության, ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները ձեռնարկելով հսկայածավալ ու հավաստի օպերատիվ գործողություններ` պարզել են, որ սպանությունը կատարել է Կ. Շահինյանը` դեկտեմբերի 23-ից 24-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, իսկ հետո կարմիր գույնի BMW մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով առավոտյան ժամը 06:30-ի սահմաններում հատել է հայ-վրացական սահմանը, մինչդեռ ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները դեպքի մասին իմացել են ժամը 12:30-ի սահմաններում, երբ արդեն Կ. Շահինյանը, ով փաստացի բնակվել է Գարեգին Նժդեհի 15 շենքի 45 բնակարանում, արդեն «թռել էր» Հայաստանից:
 
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով` կասկածյալ ճիվաղը նախկինում 4 անգամ դատապարտված է եղել: Հանցագործության բացահայտման օպերացիան ղեկավարել են Երևանի ոստիկանապետ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Աշոտ Կարապետյանը, Երևանի ոստիկանապետի օպերգծով տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Սարգիս Մարտիրոսյանը, ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Սամվել Ասատրյանը, նույն վարչության 2-րդ վարչության պետ Ալիկ Մարգարյանը, Շենգավիթի ոստիկանապետ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը, ինչպես նաև Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժնի մեծ թվով քննիչներ ` բաժնի պետ Սամվել Մաթևոսյանի գլխավորությամբ:
 
Նշված գրասենյակում ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները հայտնաբերել էին տղամարդու դին, և ըստ դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածների, նա 28-ամյա Արթուր Նազարյանն էր:
