Խուսափում են խոսել Արցախից ու Արցախի անկախությունից
POLITICSԱնվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանն ամեն անգամ խուսափում է Արցախի կարգավիճակի, դրա մասով իրենց պատկերացումների, ակնկալվող լուծումների վերաբերյալ որեւէ հստակ բան ասել։ Ամեն անգամ, երբ ուղիղ հարց ենք տալիս, նա սկզբում անորոշ ձեւակերպումներով լղոզում է հարցը՝ գցելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների դաշտը, ապա հիշեցնում, որ իրենց պատկերացումները ձեւակերպված են կառավարության ծրագրում, որտեղ նույնպես անորոշ է Արցախի ապագայի հարցը։
Երեկ՝ կառավարության նիստից հետո, դարձյալ նմանատիպ իրավիճակում հայտնվեց Գրիգորյանը, երբ նրան հիշեցրինք Արցախի կարգավիճակի մասին։ Մինչ այդ նախ հիշեցրինք, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները հինգ տարի ժամկետով են Արցախում, երբ այդ ժամկետը լրանա, իրենք պատկերացում ունե՞ն, թե այդուհետ Արցախի ճակատագիրն ինչ է լինելու, եթե, իհարկե, տրամադրված չեն, որ մինչ այդ Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցը որեւէ կերպ լուծեն։
«Մեր ընկալումը շարունակում է նույնը մնալ, մենք բազմիցս հայտարարել ենք, որ քանի դեռ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդիրը չի լուծվել, այնտեղ պետք է խաղաղապահներ տեղակայվեն, որպեսզի կարողանանք երկարաժամկետ լուծում գտնել։ Քանի դեռ չկա այդ լուծումը, խաղաղապահների գործունեությունն այնտեղ անհրաժեշտություն է։ Հայաստանը շարունակելու է աշխատել, որպեսզի խաղաղապահները տեղակայված լինեն այնտեղ եւ մնան այնքան ժամանակ, մինչեւ խնդիրը կարգավորվի»,- ասաց Արմեն Գրիգորյանը։
Հարցրինք՝ ինչպե՞ս է պատկերացնում խնդրի լուծումը, ԱԽ քարտուղարը նորից հիշեցրեց, որ այդ մասին հայտարարված է կառավարության ծրագրում, եւ հեռացավ՝ հերթական անգամ խուսափելով Արցախի կարգավիճակի վերաբերյալ հարցին հստակ պատասխան տալուց։
Ի դեպ, նա հետեւողականորեն խուսափում է նաեւ արտասանել «Արցախի Հանրապետություն» անունը, դրա փոխարեն նա, եւ ոչ միայն նա, ասում է «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ», անգամ «հանրապետություն» բառը չի շեշտում։ Ու սա ասում է ծնունդով արցախցի պաշտոնյան, որի սիրտը, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, բացարձակ չի ցավում Արցախի կորստի, Հադրութի ու Շուշիի համար։ Ակնհայտ է, որ թե՛ ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, թե՛ նրա քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը ձեռքերը լվացել, հրաժարվել են Արցախից, դրա համար հիմա, ընդառաջելով «բարեկամ» Ադրբեջանին, հրաժարվում են խոսել Արցախից, Արցախի հայկական լինելուց, Ադրբեջանի կազմում երբեք չհայտնվելու ցանկությունից եւ այլն։ Թերեւս այսպիսի ձեւակերպումներով հող են նախապատրաստում վաղը Արցախն ամբողջությամբ Ադրբեջանին զիջելու համար։
