Որո՞նք են թոքաբորբի ախտանիշները
SOCIETYՇատերը կարծում են, որ թոքաբորբը պարտադիր կերպով ուղեկցվում է բարձր ջերմությամբ։ Սակայն սրտաբան Աննա Կորենեւիչը պնդում է, որ դա պարտադիր չէ. թոքաբորբով որոշ մարդիկ ջերմություն չեն ունենում: Ավելին, բարձր ջերմությունը չի նշանակում, որ մարդը թոքաբորբ ունի։
Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ թոքաբորբն իրականում ավելի հաճախ բնութագրվում է «մոտ 37.2 - 37.4 մեղմ ենթաֆեբրիլ ջերմաստիճանով»։
Ավելին, թոքաբորբի դեպքում միշտ չէ, որ հազ է լինում։ Չնայած թոքաբորբով հիվանդ մարդը կարող է նաեւ հազալ, նայց դա հիմնական ախտանիշ չէ:
Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ թոքաբորբի հիմնական նշաններից մեկը շնչառության հետ կապված խնդիրներ են՝ հեւոց եւ թթվածնի պակաս։ Հասկանալ, որ հիվանդը թթվածնի պակաս ունի, կարելի է զարկերակային օքսիմետրի շնորհիվ. թոքաբորբի զարգացման մասին է վկայում սատուրացիայի 93-ից ցածր ցուցանիշը:
Թոքաբորբի մյուս կարեւոր ախտանիշը թուլության զգացումն է: Եթե հիպերտոնիայով տառապող մարդը հիվանդանում է, նրա արյան ճնշումը կարող է նվազել:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ըստ Աննա Կորենեւիչի, թոքաբորբի կլինիկական պատկերն արտահայտվում է մի շարք հիվանդությունների բարդ դրսեւորումներով։
«Մարդը 4-5 օր հիվանդ է, ջերմաստիճանը ցածր է կամ ընդհանրապես չկա, ընդ որում, առկա է սուր թուլություն, քունը խանգարված է, արտահայտվում է անտարբերություն կամ գրգռվածություն՝ դա կարող է վկայել թոքաբորբի մասին»,- նշել է մասնագետը։
