Ադրբեջանական դիրքերից կրակահերթեր են արձակվել բնակելի տների ուղղությամբ
SOCIETYՓետրվարի 11-ին՝ ժամը 05:50-ի սահմաններում Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարտունու շրջանի Կարմիր շուկա և Թաղավարդ համայնքների հարևանությամբ տեղակայված ադրբեջանական դիրքերից կրակահերթեր են արձակվել դիտարկվող բնակելի տների ուղղությամբ։
Հաշվի առնելով բնակավայրերի և ադրբեջանական դիրքերի մինչև առկա հեռավորությունը և այն, որ գյուղի բնակելի հատվածը ուղիղ դիտարկվում է ադրբեջանական դիրքերից, անհերքելի է այն հետևությունը, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը ուղիղ թիրախավորել է խաղաղ բնակիչների տները, որի հետևանքով վնասվել են բնակելի տներ՝ տան պատեր, տանիքներ։
Խաղաղ բնակիչներին ահաբեկելուն ուղղված նույն գործողությունների ընթացքում խոցվել է նաև Կարմիր շուկա համայնքի բնակչի տան պատուհանը, իսկ գնդակը ներթափանցել է տան հյուրասենյակ, որտեղ էին գտնվում կրակոցների ձայնից քնից արթնացած տանտիրոջ անչափահաս երեք երեխաները և կինը:
Հատկանշական է, որ նկարագրված դեպքը վերջին օրերին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի պարբերական ահաբեկչական ակտիվացած գործողությունների հերթական դրսևորումն էր:
ԱՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը նորից փաստում է, որ Արցախի խաղաղ բնակավայրերի մերձակայքում տեղակայված ադրբեջանական զինված հենակետերը և դրանց միջոցով իրացվող հայատյաց ու ահաբեկչական գործողությունները ուղիղ և անառարկելի սպառնալիք են Արցախի բնակչության իրավունքների՝ մասնավորապես կյանքի իրավունքի համար:
Վերահաստատում եմ այն պնդումը, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող հանցավոր գործողությունները կրում են պարբերական ու համակարգված բնույթ, որն նպատակաուղղված է վախի, հուսահատության մթնոլորտ ձրավորելու Արցախում։
Ադրբեջանը շարունակելու է Արցախը ժողովրդի դեմ ուղղված իր հանցավոր փորձերը, քանի դեռ միջազգային հանրությունը միաձայն չի դատապարտել մարդկության դեմ ուղղված ադրբեջանական բացահայտ անօրինականությունները:
