Ոստիկանները ծննդյան օրը նվեր մատուցեցին խմած և կեղծ համարանիշներով Range Rover-ի վարորդին
SOCIETYSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Վահե Ղազարյանի կարգադրությամբ խիստ հանձնարարական է իջեցվել որպեսզի ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը անողոք պայքար տանի այն վարորդների նկատմամբ, ովքեր ավտոմեքենան վարում են կեղծ համարանիշներով և ոչ սթափ վիճակում:
Աղբյուրրը հայտնում է, որ միայն վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողներն իրենց սպասարկվող վարչական տարածքներից պահպանվող հատուկ տարածքներ են տեղափոխել մոտ 2 տասնյակ թանկարժեք ու «գոլդ» համարանիշներով ավտոմեքենաներ, այդ թվում՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների, որոնց վարորդները խախտել են ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները, որոշները չեն ունեցել վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական, որոշները եղել են ոչ սթափ, որոշներն էլ ավտոմեքենաներին տեղադրել են այլ համարանիշներ:
Ճանապարհային ոստիկանները Մարտունի քաղաքի մի քանի բանուկ փողոցներում դարանակալումներ են իրականացրել և կարճ ժաման անց վաշտի հրամանատարը տեղեկություն է ստացել, թե Մարտունի քաղաքի որ փողոցով է նշված Range Rover-ը շարժվում:
Հաշված վայրկյանների ընթացքում ճանապարհային ոստիկանները կանգնեցրել են Range Rover-ի վարորդին, ապա ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխել ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք: Վարորդը, ով Մարտունի քաղաքի բնակիչ, 51-ամյա Վարդան Հակոբյանն է, ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության, պարզվել է, որ նա եղել է ոչ սթափ (խմածության ամենաբարձր աստիճանի):
Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր Վ. Հակոբյանի ծննդյան օրն է ու սթափվելուց հետո նա պետք է իր շնորհակալությունը հայտնի ճանապարհային ոստիկաններին, քանի որ չէր բացառվում, որ նա խմած վիճաում հնարավոր է ինքնավթարի ենթարկվեր կամ դառնար ավտովթարի պատճառ: Իսկ նման դեպքեր հանրապետությունում շատ են եղել, երբ իրենց ծննդյան օրով վարորդները ոչ սթափ վիճակում վթարի են ենթարկվել, որոշ դեպքերում էլ այն ունեցել է ողբերգական ավարտ:
Նմանատիպ մի դեպք տեղի ունեցավ օրեր առաջ Տավուշի մարզում, երբ 32-ամյա վարորդը իր ծննդյան օրով BMW-ով բախվել էր երկաթե արգելապատնեշներին ու տեղում մահացել:
