«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նախօրեին իշխանությունները 44-օրյա պատերազմի հարցերով քննիչ հանձնաժողով են ստեղծել։ Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» և «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունները հրաժարվում են մասնակցել այդ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին: Ընդդիմությունը մասնավորաբար նշել է, որ «քննիչ հանձնաժողովն իշխանությունների «անմեղության» բեմադրությանն է լծված լինելու»։

Միևնույն ժամանակ հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ 44-օրյա աղետալի պատերազմի արդյունքների մեղավորների բացահայտումը մնում է «Հայաստան» եւ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունների գլխավոր առաջնահերթություններից մեկը: Իսկ ի՞նչ կարծիք ունեն անկախ փորձագետները:

«Փաստ» թերթի հետ զրույցում ռազմական փորձագետ Դավիթ Ջամալյանը նշեց, որ իշխանությունների կողմից նման հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու նպատակը մեկն է: «Այդ հանձնաժողովի ստեղծումը իրենցից մեղքը հանելու և մեղքն ուրիշի վրա բարդելու նպատակ ունի: Այսինքն, իրենք փորձելու են մեղավորներ նշանակել՝ ի դեմս բանակի, ի դեմս Արցախի ղեկավարության, նաև պետականակենտրոն ուժերի, նախորդ իշխանությունների և Ռուսաստանի: Այդ հանձնաժողովի ստեղծման նպատակն ընդամենը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին արդարացնելն է լինելու, ինչպես նաև ինչ-որ կեղծիքի, մանիպուլ յացիաների շատ մեծ դոզաներ են նետվելու հանրային դաշտ. «Մենք ամեն ինչ արել ենք, բայց չենք կարողացել, պատճառն այն է, որ….»:

Եվ հենց այս հատվածից սկսած արդեն մեղավորների ցանկը գնալու է: Այդ հանձնաժողովը, մեծ հաշվով, ստեղծվում է սեփական կերպարը մաքրելու նպատակով»,- ասաց Ջամալյանը:
