«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Օրերս Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը գործավարական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ բողոքել է տրանսպորտում սկոտչով ամրացված ալկոգելերից, որ դրանք շատ կեղտոտ են, նաև կանգառասրահներից, քանի որ դրանք փնթի, կեղտոտ վիճակում են: Ճիշտ է ասել, ամեն ինչ հենց այդպես է: Սակայն զարմանալի է, որ քաղաքապետը ուշադրություն չի դարձնում բուն տրանսպորտի վիճակին, որը գնալով ավելի վատ է աշխատում: Եթե որոշ ժամանակ առաջ դեռ երբեմն-երբեմն ստուգումներ էին իրականացվում հասարակական տրանսպորտի հետ կապված, ապա երկու ամիս է՝ ներքաղաքային տրանսպորտը բառիս բուն իմաստով դարձել է կորոնավիրուսի «ինկուբատոր», իսկ որոշ երթուղիներ փաստացի չաշխատելու հաշիվ են:
Օրինակ՝ լավ կլիներ՝ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը այցելեր Թբիլիսյան խճուղի ու փորձեր տրանսպորտից օգտվել. ժամանակին 10-15 րոպե ինտերվալով աշխատող թիվ 21 երթուղին գրեթե գոյություն չունի, կարող ես ժամերով ապարդյուն սպասել, իսկ միջքաղաքային թիվ 259 երթուղու վրա հույս դնելն առնվազն անիմաստ է: Արդյունքում թիվ 21 երթուղու՝ հազվադեպ հանդիպող հնադարյա «գազելներն» այնքան լեցուն են, որ երբեմն զարմանում ես, թե ինչպես են դրանք ընդհանրապես տեղ հասնում:

Ի դեպ, բնակիչների հարցումներին քաղաքապետարանից պատասխանում են, թե ընդհանուր «բարեփոխումների» համատեքստում հարցը կուսումնասիրվի: Հնարավոր չէ՞ եղած վիճակում գոնե աշխատանքի ինտերվալը վերահսկել, մինչև «բարեփոխումների» անորոշ հեռանկարը, թե՞ սովորություն է դարձել օրվա բոլոր պաշտոնյաների համար՝ թքած ունենալ մարդկանց վրա: Թե չէ՝ ալկոգել, կանգառասրահ...
