«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Պրեֆերանսը կոմերցիոն թղթախաղի տեսակ է: Անունը գալիս է ֆրանսիական «preference» բառից, որը թարգմանվում է որպես «նախապատվություն, առավելություն»: Պրեֆերանս տերմինն օգտագործվել է նաև նախկինում, միայն թե այն օգտագործվել է թղթախաղերում հաղթաթուղթը նշելու համար: Պրեֆերանս խաղում են միայն փողով, բայց, ի տարբերություն խաղամոլության, որտեղ բախտն է շահելու հիմնական գործոնը, այստեղ առավելություն է տալիս խաղացողի մարտավարությունը և հմտությունը: Պրեֆերանս թղթախաղի առաջացման պատմության մի քանի տարբերակ կա: Առաջինը խոսում է ֆրանսիական արմատների մասին: Իսկ երկրորդը՝ այն մասին, որ խաղը հորինել են Ռուսաստանում, իսկ անվան մեջ ֆրանսերեն բառը ցույց է տալիս, որ այդ ժամանակաշրջանի ազնվականները հավասարապես տիրապետել են ինչպես ռուսերենին, այնպես էլ ֆրանսերենին: Այսպես թե այնպես, պրեֆերանսը Ռուսաստանում հայտնվել է 19-րդ դարում: Այդ ժամանակ ամենատարածված թղթախաղերն էին մեդիատորը, լոմբերը և վիստը: Վերջինն էլ հենց հանդիսանում է պրեֆերանսի նախատիպը:

Պրեֆերանսը հմայել է բարձր դասի հասարակությանը: Այն ժամանակվա հայտնի գրողները սիրել են խաղալ պրեֆերանս՝ Տոլստոյ, Դոստոևսկի և այլն: Խորհրդային տարիներին այն խաղացել են բազմաթիվ հանրահայտ արվեստագետներ՝ Տ. Պելցեր, Օ. Արոսևա, Վ. Տոկարսկայա, Ա. Ջիգարխանյան, Ա. Արկանով, Լ. Յակուբովիչ, Գ. Արբատով և այլն: 1843 թվականին Ա. Կուլչիցկին հրատարակել է պրեֆերանսի մասին առաջին գիրքը: Նա նկարագրել է խաղի կանոնները և այն վարելու մարտավարության առանձնահատկությունները: Հեղինակը ընթերցողների հետ կիսվել է նաև խաղի որոշ գաղտնիքներով: Հետագայում տպագրվել են մի քանի այլ գրքեր: Խորհրդային տարիներին դրանք պահվել են Հատուկ պահեստի բաժինների արխիվներում: Բոլոր ժամանակներում պրեֆերանսը եղել է ուսանողների սիրված խաղը, թեպետ, օրինակ՝ ԽՍՀՄ-ում, փողով թղթախաղ խաղալու համար անգամ կարող էին հեռացնել ուսումնական հաստատությունից:

1996 թվականին հաստատվել է պրեֆերանսի օրենսգիրքը: Այն նկարագրել է խաղի ընդհ անուր կանոնները, հիմնական սկզբունքները և արդյունքների հաշվարկման կանոնները: Համակարգիչների և համացանցի հայտնվելով՝ պրեֆերանսը ստացել է զարգացման նոր փուլ: Այն իր արժանի տեղն է գրավել առցանց թղթախաղերի շարքում: Առցանց խաղատներում կարելի է մրցել մրցակիցների հետ աշխարհի ցանկացած կետից: Սկսած 2000 թվականից պարբերաբար անցկացվում են պրեֆերանսի թիմային մրցումներ: 2010 թվականին կայացել է առաջին համացանցային միջազգային առաջնությունը, որին մասնակցել է 600 մարդ աշխարհի 25 երկրից: Գոյություն ունեն պրեֆերանսի շատ տեսակներ: Դրանցից որոշները հայտնի են միայն նեղ շրջանակներում: Ամենատարածվածներն են «Ռոստով», «Դասական», «Լենինգրադ», «Ձիարշավ» և «Սոչինկա» տարատեսակները:
