Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը երեկ կառավարության հերթական նիստից հետո անդրադարձել է երկրում առկա տնտեսական իրավիճակի մասին լրագրողների հարցերին։

Նախարարը կարծում է, որ իրական պատկերն ամենևին այն չէ, ինչ ներկայացնում են լրատվամիջոցները․ «Կարծում եմ, որ ԶԼՄ-ները պետք է նույնպես ջանքեր գործադրեն, որպեսզի թե՛ ատելության խոսքը քչացնեն, թե՛ նաև իրականության հետ ավելի մեծ կապ ունեցող տեղեկատվություն տան։ Ես շատ հաճախ մետրոյով գնում եմ, ամեն օր բավական երկար տարածություններ ոտքով քայլում եմ։ Քաղաքացիները հարցեր են տալիս, շփվում են, շնորհակալություն են շատ հաճախ հայտնում և այլն»։

Սակայն լրագրողների «սխալի» ապացույցն ամեն օր քաղաքացիները տեսնում են խանութներից գնումներ կատարելիս, քանի որ Հայաստանում աննախադեպ գնաճն անհնար է չնկատել։ Այս իրողությունների համատեքստում, սակայն, խորհրդարանում իշխանական պատգամավորները դեմ քվեարկեցին նվազագույն աշխատավարձը բարձրացնելու մասին ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» խմբակցության առաջարկին։

Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք ԱՃ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր, տնտեսագետ Թադևոս Ավետիսյանի հետ։

Անդրադառնալով նախարարի ելույթին և երկրում առկա տնտեսական իրավիճակին` պատգամավորն ասաց․ «Փաստ է, որ ոչ միայն նվազագույն աշխատավարձի, այլ նաև՝ հիմնական կենսաթոշակի, սոցիալական նպաստների չափերի ավելացման օբյեկտիվ անհրաժեշտություն կա: Այն մեր երկրում հիմնականում պայմանավորված է գնաճով և նաև այն փաստով, որ 2020 թվականին աղքատության միջին մակարդակը բարձրացել է, իսկ այն բոլոր գործոնները, որոնք բերել են աղքատության մակարդակի բարձրացման, առկա են նաև 2021 թվականին։ Չափազանց մտահոգիչ եմ համարում գնաճային պահպանվող միտումները՝ նկատելով, որ, օրինակ, եթե 2021 թվականին սննդամթերքի միջին գների աճը կազմում էր 11. 5 տոկոս, ապա 2022 թվականի հունվարին աճել է ևս 1 տոկոսային կետով: Այս առաջանցիկ գնաճը, բնականաբար, բերում է մարդկանց սոցիալական վիճակի վատթարացման, և այս ֆոնին, նաև տարածաշրջանի երկրների օրինակով, մեր խմբակցությունն առաջարկել էր նվազագույն աշխատավարձի բարձրացում: Այստեղ առաջնային կարևոր չէ, թե ինչ չափով բարձրացում. մենք հիմնականում առաջ էինք տանում նվազագույն աշխատավարձի բարձրացման վերանայման հարցը: Ի դեպ, դա ոչ միայն այս օրենքի նախագծով. ես նաև 2022 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ էի գրավոր առաջարկով այդ հարցը բարձրացրել: Ինչու է այս պոպուլիստ իշխանությունը մերժում նախագիծը. հիմնական փաստարկներն ավելի շատ տեխնիկական բնույթի էին, որ՝ գիտեք, օրենքի նախագիծն ամբողջական չէ, մյուս դիտարկումը վերաբերում էր բարձրացման չափին: Այդ առնչությամբ մենք կոմպրոմիսային առաջարկներ արեցինք, սակայն չհամաձայնեցին, որովհետև ԱԺ մեծամասնությունը, ըստ էության, կառավարության կցորդն է, իսկ կառավարությունն այս պահին դեռ չունի որոշում: Ու թեև պառլամենտական երկրում թելադրողը պետք է պառլամենտը լինի, իրականում մեծամասնության պահվածքը հակառակն է վկայում։ Ինչ վերաբերում է նախարարի հերթական հայտարարությունները ապա ես չեմ ցանկանում մեկնաբանել քանի որ իր ասածներին այլևս անիմաստ է անդրադառնալը»:
