ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը հանդիպել է Հայաստանում ԵՄ դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինի հետ։ Այս հայտնում են ՄԻՊ ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:

Արման Թաթոյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ԵՄ դեսպան տիկին Անդրեա Վիկտորինին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հաստատությանը մշտապես աջակցելու և արդյունավետ համագործակցության, բարձր վստահության համար: Պաշտպանը ընդգծել է պաշտոնավարման ողջ ընթացքում Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության հետ գերազանց համագործակցությունն ու կարևորել է համատեղ ծրագրերը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Արման Թաթոյանը բարձր է գնահատել, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում և պատերազմից հետո դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինը մշտապես կապի մեջ է եղել իր հետ, այդ թվում՝ սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ քննարկումներով, աջակցել է, որպեսզի Պաշտպանի զեկույցները պատշաճ ներկայացվեն ԵՄ կառույցներին: Կարևոր է եղել դեսպանի մասնակցությունը սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքների հարցերով Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի նախաձեռնած քննարկումներին և Պաշտպանի հետ համատեղ խորհրդակցությունները, այդ թվում՝ կապված գերիների իրավունքների ու նրանց վերադարձի, ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հետ:

Արման Թաթոյանը կարևորել է նաև այն, որ ԵՄ տարբեր ծրագրերում մեծ նշանակություն են ունեցել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի զեկույցները՝ որպես վերստուգիչ աղբյուր (կանանց իրավունքների պաշտպանություն, խոշտանգումների կանխարգելում, դատական համակարգի խնդիրներ և այլն):

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև ներկայում մարդու իրավունքների տարբեր խնդիրներ՝ ազատությունից զրկման վայրում, դատական համակարգում քաղաքացիների իրավունքներին, խոսքի ազատությանն ու լրագրողների իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց, կանանց և երեխաների իրավունքներին վերաբերող հարցերը, այդ թվում՝ կապված Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից կարծրատիպերի հաղթահարմանն ուղղված իրազեկման աշխատանքների հետ:

Դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինը գերազանց է գնահատել ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանի հետ համագործակցությունը, ինչպես նաև կարևորել է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի դերը երկրում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում:
