Քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհը չի կարող անտեսել Ադրբեջանի եւ Թուրքիայի հանցավոր պահվածքը․ Դավիթ Բաբայան
POLITICSԱրցախում վիճակն այնպիսին է, ինչպիսին կա՝ ծանր, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, մենք հաստատակամ ենք: Ղարաբաղի մարմինը վիրավոր է, բայց ոգին կոտրված չէ. Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի արտգործնախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանը։
«Թող բոլորն իմանան դա։ Չնայած տարբեր սադրանքներին, չնայած Ադրբեջանի ճնշումներին՝ մենք չենք շեղվի մեր ընտրած ճանապարհից։ Իսկ կրակոցներ, սադրանքներ միշտ էլ եղել են ու, ցավոք, կլինեն, քանի որ դա թշնամու ոճն է»,- ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը։
Պատասխանելով Բրյուսել կատարած այցի մասին հարցին՝ նախարարը նշեց, որ մի շարք հանդիպումներ են կայացել։ «Եվրոպայում կան առողջ ուժեր, որոնք մտահոգված են ադրբեջանա-թուրքական ահաբեկչական դաշինքի հանցավոր գործողություններով ստեղծված իրավիճակով, որը վտանգ է ներկայացնում ոչ միայն Արցախի եւ Հայաստանի, այլ ողջ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի համար։ Դա ժամանակի խնդիր է։ Պարզապես մենք առաջինն էինք, հերթը մյուսներինն է։ Ժամանակը ցույց կտա: Եթե քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհն աչք փակի տեղի ունեցողի, մշակութային արժեքների ոչնչացման, Ադրբեջանի կողմից օկուպացված ղարաբաղյան տարածքներում տեղի ունեցող մշակութային ցեղասպանության, Ադրբեջանի հակահայ քաղաքականության, ահաբեկչության վրա, ժամանակի գործոնն էլ ավելի վաղ կազդի: Իրականում քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի վրա հարձակումները վաղուց են սկսվել։ Հիշենք, թե ինչ բառապաշար էր օգտագործում Էրդողանը Ֆրանսիայի նախագահին դիմելիս»,- հիշեցրեց Բաբայանը։
Նա հավելեց, որ բոլոր հանդիպումները կարեւոր էին, քննարկվել են հումանիտար հարցեր, գերիների եւ պատանդների ազատ արձակման անհրաժեշտությունը, Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող մշակութային ցեղասպանությունը, բարձր է գնահատվել Ռուսաստանի դերը՝ որպես խաղաղության եւ կայունության պահպանման առանցքային ուժերից մեկը։
