Հոսանքի սակագնի բարձրացումը կբերիհոսանքի սպառման ծավալների նվազման, ինչն էլ հանգեցնելու է թանկացումների

Հայաստանում մեկ տարվա ընթացքում երկու անգամ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման հայտ է ներկայացվել, իսկ սա արդեն խոսում է այն մասին, որ գործ ունենք էներգետիկ համակարգում առկա խորքային ճգնաժամի հետ։
Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք էներգետիկ անվտանգության հարցերով փորձագետ Վահե Դավթյանի հետ։
Անդրադառնալով տեղի ունեցողին փորձագետն ասաց․ «Ցավոք, առաջիկայում էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի նվազեցման հնարավորություն չի էլ լինելու ՝ այս իշխանության վարած սխալ քաղաքականության պատճառով։ Հայաստանի էներգետիկ համակարգն ավելցուկային է, այսինքն՝ ունենք ավելի շատ հզորություններ, սակայն չենք կարողանում դա ամբողջությամբ օգտագործենք։ Այս խնդրին նաև ավելացել է այն, որ ունենք հոսանքի արտահանման շատ փոքր ծավալներ, որովհետև այս իշխանությունները ձախողել են այն աշխատանքները, որոնցով հոսանքը պետք է արտահանվեր դեպի Իրան՝ այդպիսով եռապատկելով արտահանման ծավալները։ Սա դեռ բավարար չէ, 2018 թվականից էլ կոնսերվացվեց նաև դեպի Վրաստան արտահանման գիծը։ Ուստի մենք երկրի ներսում ունենք բացասական դինամիկա՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառման ծավալների նվազում 4 տոկոսով, իսկ սպառման ծավալները նվազել են՝ պայմանավորված երկու գործոնով՝ արձանագրված արտագաղթի բարձր տեմպի ու տնտեսական անկման պատճառով։ Հոսանքի սակագնի բարձրացումը կբերի դարձյալ հոսանքի սպառման ծավալների նվազման, ինչն իր հերթին՝ բերելու է թանկացումների և դառնալու է տնտեսության և սոցիալական համակարգի վրա լուրջ բեռ։ Լուրջ բեռի տակ ենք հայտնվելու, որովհետև մի կողմից՝ Հայաստանն ունենալով էներգետիկ ավելի մեծ ռեսուրսներ՝ չի կարողանում համարժեք գումարներ գեներացնել, մյուս կողմից՝ էներգետիկ համակարգի պահպանման համար ստիպված է լինում պետությունը ներգրավել վարկեր և այլ պարտքեր, մինչդեռ կարող էր վարել այնպիսի քաղաքականություն, որ դուրս չմնար Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջանցքի ծրագրից։ Այս իշխանության վարած անհեռատես քաղաքականության և Իրանի հետ սխալ կառուցվող հարաբերությունների պատճառով հիմա մեզ համար գերկարևոր այդ միջանցքով հետաքրքրված է Բաքուն»։
